Whilst the lady doing the check-in was pleasant, the room was strange. Beds were soft but comfortable and the space looked like it had been somewhat refurbished, but the room was in an enclosed garage area that looked onto washing lines and old disused junk. There was a small table and chairs outside. They really need to make this into a more attractive space for guests - some greenery and screens perhaps. The walkway out the back door to the car parking area was very uneven and untidy. Could be improved by a good clean up.

Room was old and some mould in bathroom . Kitchen facilities not as in photos. No window to look out of room. Very old aircon that was noisy. Steep stairs to room. Very noisy street and surrounds all night. Cheap stay though. Did have plates and cutlery for self catering

Worst motel we have ever stayed in! The manager was rude on arrival. The room was very basic and in poor condition. Air conditioning was an old window style that was very noisy and struggled to keep the room cool. The tavern across the road was loud and noisy in the evening. We had a couple of people staying in the room next to us who decided to bring all their friends back after the tavern closed at 12:00am and have a party on the verandah outside our room till about 2:00am. They were drunk and loud. Management was oblivious. No phones in the rooms to call reception to complain. We left a day early as we couldn’t stay one more night. No apology from the manager or offer to refund the night we didn’t stay, just dismissed our concerns. Highly recommend NOT staying at this motel.

Underneath the bed was pretty dirty,

Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed with good linen. Air conditioner and fan were running when we entered or room. So cool. Roomy for 2 people. Great kitchen. Easy walk to town and shops. Receptionist guided us to eateries across the road. With air con running did not hear the town noise. Did hear the rain. Innisfail is famous for its rain.

Decent accommodation for the price.

Our room was spotless, amazing fridge!! Bathroom was also spotless. Great spot across the road from the pub for dinner.

Usato come semplice appoggio di 1notte. Classico motel su strada. Da fuori l’impressione è proprio brutta, la camera in compenso è grande, rifornita di angolo cucina e pulita. Personale molto gentile

This bathroom had a terrible smell of fish. The door locks were flimsy and door chains were missing. No curtains or window coverings and you could see into the room through obscured glass when the lights were turned off. Fighting, shouting and broken glass noises from pub across the street. No parking spots in motel car park and had to park on street. Front door to motel left open and anyone could access from outside. I felt unsafe, checked out at 8.30pm and didn’t stay. Motel owner refused to refund room fee.

The aircon had mold in its vents. And the aircon was extremely noisy. The bed was very comfy

Room was good, but the property was run down

Room was satisfactory, however, bed was very ordinary. The outside stairs were somewhat off putting and felt uncomfortable in the drizzly rain. The location was good for the meal at the pub across the road but was extremely noisey.

Very comfortable. Especially the bed.

Propre, equipement neuf, belle vue. Il y avait juste de l'eau qui passait sous la porte a cause du mauvais temps mais sinon tres bien

Rooms and sheets were musty. After hours access was down a dinghy laneway.
