島の南西部にあり、全室海側に面しています。海までの距離で部屋のグレードが決まっています。ホテル前の海は、魚が多いのには、驚きました。車で、10分でスーパーがあり、食材を購入し、部屋内で調理可能です。ランチ及びディナーの推薦レストランの説明も島内観光に加えてしてくれます。ホテル内のバーも魅力、週3日夜にミュージシャン等のイベントがあります。

ビーチが目の前なので、すぐに海に入れる最高のロケーション。夕日の眺めもいいです。周りの環境も静かなところでのんびりするにはおすすめ。ぜひビーチを眺めながらハンモックに揺られてのんびりしてください。シーズンになれば宿から鯨も見れます。食べ物なの最低限の物は徒歩圏内にある商店で購入出来るので、自炊も可能だと思います。併設されているバー・シップレック ハットの雰囲気もよくぜひBBQナイトには参加してください。土曜日にはローカルフードも食べれます。スタッフもフレンドリーで何でも相談にのってくれて最高のリゾートライフが楽しめる場所です。

ホテルというよりコテージとバンガローを足して２で割った感じです。 周りに何もなく部屋の鍵は滞在中１度も掛けませんでした。のんびりと過ごすには最高の所です。都会やリゾート地のホテルを想像して行くと目が点になるかもしれませんがオーナーをはじめスタッフ全員とてもフレンドリーで気持ちよく滞在できました。また機会があればぜひ泊まりたいです。

I had a great 7-day experience at Aroa Beachside Resort. My accommodation had a full-size fridge, cooking stove, microwave, front porch, and anything that one would need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was basic, but got the job done. The grounds are well-groomed and beach just wonderful. I walked it every day...quiet & peaceful. I like watching the lightning-fast Tropical Crabs, which are exclusive to the Cook Islands. Shipwreck Bar, overlooking the ocean, is a great place to have a drink and something to eat while watching the never-ending waves crashing onto the reef. The Fire/Dance Show, free to guests, is absolutely the best on the island. There's a convenience store just a short walk down the road or along the beach that has a lot to offer, including hand-dipped ice cream. Beside the store is Asian Delight restaurant, which has excellent food at a very favorable price. Oh, and if you like hiking, Raemaru Track trailhead is just down the road. I hiked it twice! All the around, you can't go wrong with Aroa Beachside Resort!

The staff were so lovely and the resort was beautiful. In such a great location and it was right on such an amazing beach to swim and snorkel in. The villas were perfect and all the snorkelling equipment, paddle boarding and kayaks were awesome to use. The brekky and restaurant was also so delicious and had a great view. It was such a great resort, I highly recommend!!

I liked the staff, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed, maybe just needs a little TLC. Plenty of music each night. The surroundings were great and gardens well looked after.

Lovely friendly staff, the room had a lovely deck that was sheltered and right on the beach, cooking facilities were handy, good pressure on the shower. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and the pillows weren’t that good and smelt musty. Overall we had a lovely stay at this property, it’s not over crowed and very relaxed.

The restaurant I can’t fault. It had a lovely atmosphere and nice food. The rooms though had the most uncomfortable beds. The double bed was an old intersprung that was hard and you felt the springs. So was one of the single beds. Luckily the other single bed was comfortable so I use that so I could get some sleep. The room needed a good dust around the lamps and table. Half the lights didn’t work -inside and out. The ceiling fans only worked on one speed. They must have a problem with ants as they give you a container to store your food. Good idea if it didn’t have a hole in it. We just used the microwave.
