総合評価とレビュー Le Tahiti by Pearl Resorts

立地は　パヘーテまで　タクシーで２０分程度で　近くのMcDonaldは歩くと３０分くらいなので　外食しに行くのが　年末という事もあり　大変です 室内は広くて快適ですが　凄い綺麗という清掃でした　充分かとは思います 冷蔵庫が　私の部屋は小さかった 総じて言うと　広くて良かったーですね

最高な場所でした！！

日本人スタッフがいてよかった

清掃を頼んで、街中に観光＆夕食後に帰宅すると洗面所に百匹以上の羽アリが大発生してて悲鳴をあげて フロントに電話するも、なかなか誰も来ない 再度電話しても若いスタッフが来て、洗面所をハンドタオルで拭いて行くだけ。ルームチェンジを希望しても満室と断られる、部屋はかなり空いてましたが。洗面所のバスタオル フェイスタオルの中に虫が入り混んだから、タオルの交換を頼んだら、20分後に持ってきたバスタオルが変な匂い。時間的にハウスキーパーと連絡取れないからか、同じ白色の毛羽だったビーチタオルを持ってきました。 留めはコーヒーメーカーから虫が出てきました。 客室で起きた事の問題も共有されないから、翌朝5時のチェックアウトの際も謝罪もありません。こちらも期待しませんでしたが。 エクスペディアで何度か予約しましたが、今まで 一番残念なステイになりました モーレア島にエクスペディアで予約したリゾートホテルで楽しんだ後だけに後味悪い旅行となりました

ディナーショー後に頼んだパスタの味がなかった。 それ以外はホテルもスタッフもとてもよかった。 のんびりできました。 伝統工芸を観察できるプログラムも、私にとっては楽しかった。できれば、体験もしたい。

翌日早朝の帰国便に合わせ、ポリネシア滞在の最終日に利用。滞在期間が短く、評価するには十分ではないが、クラス相応で不満な点は特になし。

Sunsetがとても綺麗で、最高の場所に位置するホテルです。

wifiが部屋のベランダまで届いてました。スタッフが皆んな笑顔で凄く優しかった。 早めに着いて、チェックインできないけど、着替えやタオルを貸してくれて プールで遊んでいた

ジャクジー付の部屋を家内とで3泊予約。ブラインドの窓が古くて開かないので海の見晴なし。おまけにきちんと閉まらないので蚊が入りやすい。エアコンは家庭用で古くて飛行機のエンジン音。床は大きなホコリだからけ。メンテナンスを呼ぶと共感してくれ”フロントに伝えてすぐに連絡させる”と。30分待ちフロントへ自ら連絡。なにも聞いてないとのことなのでフロントへ出向き事情を英語で説明。帰ってきたコメント：”虫が入ってもいいように虫よけスプレーを買って使いなさい。エアコンは音がするもの。ほかに部屋は空いていない”。一日なら我慢できても三日はきついのでマネージャーとの話を要求、理解してもらえすぐに他のタイプの部屋を変えてくれました。英語ができなかったらどうしていたでしょう。 二日目のレストラン。夕食注文して40分。その間２回催促、丁重にあしらわれた。立ってマネージャーを探し様子を確認してもらうことに。注文書が調理場に伝わらず紛失。即マネージャーはビールをサービス、オーダーを通してくれました。テーブル担当かかりの人たちは知らぬ顔。伝票が風で飛んだかのせいで自分の間違いは認めない。英語できなければ食事はでてこなかった。無難なのは朝食ビュッフェ！！

Very unique location with beautiful black sand beach Great massages, good staff. We had a nice premium oceanfront room with sick view of the sunset. Resort needs some tlc but still nice

Hotel un peut loin de Papeete si vous devez y passer quelques jours avant de repartir pour les iles avec l'avion. Une belle piscine helas quasiment inutilisable car non chauffée. On sent bien par endroits que cet hotel aurait besoin de renovations. Le fait d'avoir vendu une partie des chambres pour en faire des appartements reflette un problème d'argent et d'explique pourquoi certains details et endroits sont quasiment en ruine. Comme le jacuzzi qui est inutilisable (froid et beaucoup de carreaux cassés). Le restaurant est assez quelconque (la peche du jour est en faite du poisson congelé)

Very nice staff, the beach was nice and accessible.

Gorgeous place. About 20 min drive from airport. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The pool is amazing. Beach is black sand. Hotel offers free kayaking with your stay. Food was good but pricey. No meals were included. The rooms were lovely. The suites had 2 floors and 2 balconies with beautiful views of the beach and listening to the waves when falling asleep. Highly recommend

Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours prets a aider et a conseiller, un grand merci a eux. La terrasse offre une vue magique sur la baie et le coucher de soleil. Nous avons passe un sejour a 4 parfait. Les chambres avec bain a remous sont confortables et accueillantes.

Location is good - although if you want to eat elsewhere, that takes some effort or a cab. The hotel does offer a shuttle twice a day to the town, but I didn't get impression that the concierge was that helpful with restaurant recommendations or excursions. This can be improved.

The lobby was elegantly designed with appropiate wood and stone accents. The lighting was soft and unique. The property was large and very well attented and the staff was very attentive. Our room was two story with an excellant view of the sea, the coastline, and the exotic black sand beach.

Friendly staff, great food and clean environment.

Liked the beach access.
