A particularly distressing incident occurred when I was abruptly awakened in the middle of the night by the fire alarm while sleeping with my service dog. Believing there was a genuine emergency, I almost called 911!! Instead, I contacted the help desk and was informed it was a false alarm caused by a faulty system. The representative explained that no maintenance staff were on-site but offered to move me to another room for the night, assuring me it would be fixed “in the morning.” I decided to sleep in a different room expecting the issue to be addressed in the morning. Unfortunately, “morning” turned out to be 10:30 a.m.—well into my workday. The alarm’s volume made staying in the room unbearable, forcing me to relocate. Packing and moving my personal and business belongings took 45 minutes, disrupting my work schedule.

Our AC was on 69, but it was humid and warmer in the room; we were unable to change it. I called the main # and maintenance came in 10 minutes and reset it. We didn't have anymore problems.

We were given one trash bag, no sponges or paper towels/ dish soap, there was a dying roach in our room and the parking was awful. The front desk didn’t know we were in the parking lot by hooters and ga e us wrong directions to get to condo.

No reception desk. very hard to find. Poor directions. Have to call to get room number and code for door. Very noisy. Poor water pressure. Was close to food and shopping.

After a rocky start, it ended up being very pleasant.

The room was so adorable! The staff was great! It’s next door to Bubba Gump! It’s the perfect location with free garage parking! I absolutely recommend this place

I love how simple checking into the hotel was and very quite.

The condo was clean and spacious. We really liked the location- you could walk to so many places. The condo had a few wear and tear items and things that needed to be repaired but overall, it was a very nice place. However, when we first walked in, there was an overwhelming fishy smell that we traced back to the master bathroom. It appears it was coming from the shower drain. We flushed it with lots of hot water and soap and even went and bought a bottle of Febreze to spray around, which made it tolerable, but was still there the entire stay.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t need it again for the rest of the trip. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The hotel room was good I loved the big shower. When I got there had a hard time finding the hotel and one of the store employees helped me get on my way

It was very convenient, but very plain decor - like an old office building converted to hotel rooms.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. I have been disappointed both times with the tvs. They never work. Also a this time the internet was down for a long time. The location and accommodation for our big family does way out the cons.

Would not return to this condo again. TV's didn't work and no one could fix them, no kleenex, paper towels. No change of sheets, towels and the room was never cleaned. One tiny bar of bath soap. We were told to park anywhere under the property and then received a$150 parking ticket. Code didn't work to enter the room and couldn't regulate the temperature at all. Freezing in the living room and hot in the bedrooms.

Terrible remote front desk service.

Love that it’s close to the beach and good restaurant , just don’t like that there’s noise to early in the morning. With the garbage truck.

Needed a simple place to stay for one night. John’s Pass Hotel fit the bill. The room was comfortable and included the basics. AC worked well. Room was clean-ish.

It was very nice and modern. You can stay anywhere closer to John's Pass!!
