駅から近く便利。部屋も広くてのびのびと使えた。必要なものはたいてい揃ってる。

最初はチェックインや旅行者登録の仕方に不安があったけれど　連絡をしたらすぐ返事をくれたので安心出来た。 とても良い場所だったのでまたぜひ利用したい

立地は良いです。駐車場はありませんが、近くに安い駐車場があります。息子はソファを気に入っていました

清潔なお部屋でした。

交通の弁がよく、都心や横浜などに遊びに行くのに宿泊しやすい。 椅子やトイレの鍵が壊れかけてた事以外は特に不満はない。 TVは地デジ非対用、サブスクやYouTubeで。 海外のオーナーさんですが翻訳を使いながらであれば問題なく、対応も丁寧にしてくれます。

鍵の保管方法が特殊でした。 施設の最初の扉には鍵はかかっておらず、お部屋の前の扉のそばにキーボックスがあります。連絡すると案内をもらえますので、予約したら早めに連絡することをオススメします。

民泊で不安も有りましたが、問い合わせには素早く日本語で対応していただき助かりました。 ベッドは寝心地が良く、グッスリ眠ることが出来ました。 駅からもコンビニも近くて良かったです。

Located a few minutes walk from Umeyashiki Station, this property is within a friendly neighborhood surrounded with many restaurants, small grocery stores and convenience stores. The property is clean and fully furnished with a kitchen (including a two burner stove, fish grill, sink, dishes and utensils), mini fridge, table, chairs, television, bed, prefabricated bathroom and ample storage. I was located on the third floor and since there’s no elevator and I was coming in about an hour away from my previous accommodation just as typhoon no. 6 was coming (it hit the same day as check-in), with the staff’s permission, I had my luggage sent a couple days prior and arrive shortly after check-in. The staff was very communicative the whole time and responded very quickly. There’s no Airport shuttle, but the train station is a 3 minute walk away and takes about 20 minutes to get to Haneda Airport, which is convenient if you’re traveling light, or you can call for a taxi and get there in 15 minutes. Getting to Central Tokyo takes about 25 to 40 minutes depending on which station and line you transfer to. The price is very reasonable too. I highly recommend booking a stay here if you don’t want to be in a densely populated area but can still reach Central Tokyo and Yokohama within minutes and feel relaxed.

Really quick and helpful communication with the owners. The room had so many amenities, it was perfect for hunkering down through the typhoon.

Chambre est à moins de 6 minutes de marche de la station de train. Elle est impeccable et le personnel est très courtois et disponibles. Un membre du personnel après la réservation prend la peine de communiquer avec toi pour te donner l'emplacement de la clé et le mot de passe. Je n'hésiterai pas à les référer ou à y séjourner de nouveau. Vraiment merci!

部屋は広々としており、環境も快適です。キッチン用品は一通り揃っており、立地も良好です。梅屋敷駅まで徒歩3分、周辺には多くの飲食店や店舗、スーパーマーケットもあり、買い物に便利です。おすすめできる良い住まいです。
