The location was great. The place was a bit dated but had a decent layout and was clean but had a musty smell especially downstairs. Otherwise the place had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay in Niseko.

Room was as described. Very cozy & easy check-in. Would highly recommend!

It was a great place to stay for our family of 4. We enjoyed having the space to eats, hangout and rest after a day of skiing. The house was clean with modern amendments like dish washer, separate washer & dryer. The house is close to the bus stop. It is one or two stops depending on if you are going to the King or Ace lifts. If you don't want to wait for the bus you can walk it, about 10 to 15 minutes. The night bus is nice so you can go to Kutchan after 5pm if you want to eat out somewhere cheaper than Niseko or get groceries. The house is just outside the main Niseko tourist area. It is easily within walking distance.

The apartment was well stocked and very clean. The only problem was that the hot water in the showers was not consistent. They came and fixed it one time but then it was cold the next day. Otherwise all was lovely. Great location and perfect for our family.
