街の中心で、寝るだけならまあまあ。部屋が寒く、寝具が足りない。Wi-Fiのパスワードは伝えられず、受付近くの階段に貼ってあるコードを読み込むが、質はイマイチ。早く到着しても、荷物預かってくれ、深夜帰宅にも対応してくれた。部屋は暗くて、あまり清潔とは言えない。共用の場所は、清潔でした。

シンプルで清潔なホステルです

0時前のチェックインだったが快く対応してくれた。 先方のミスで現地払いとあったが数日前になぜか登録しておいたクレジットカードから引き落としがありなぜ？って思っていたが案の定チェックイン時に僕の名前で予約ができておらずお金だけ引き落とされていた。がしかしこちらのミスですともちろんその場で部屋を用意してくれて料金は払わなくてよかった。さらに夜ご飯にも混ぜてくれて一食サービスのような対応をしてくれた。なによりたまたまワーホリで日本人の方がいてチェックイン時やその後もすごく助けてもらった。記憶に残る一夜になりました。

スタッフの親切さが際立っていた

Great location, lovely staff, and a cute little room with a comfy bed. The only thing I will say is it might be good to take earplugs; the rooms get hot, and being in a central place, even tucked away, there was a lot of noise from people outside, including banging on the doors. Earplugs definitely needed, but that's nothing to do with the venue, hence not changing my rating.

Was very clean but the bed mattress i had was very hard room was advising TV their was no TV other then that stay was OK

The private room is a little over priced for what you get but it was clean and staff were incredibly helpful. The location is perfect.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival,id booked a deluxe double room with own bathroom,lovely and very clean,bed comfortable,loved the funky way it had been decorated, no kettles in bedroom but in the corridor fresh hot water in a urn with tea coffee and milk you just take cups out with you from your room, we stayed in the annex but if you stay in main building you have a kitchen but you can use the kitchen aswell when staying in the annex but we only wanted a brew,central for town aswell there is no parking but npc carpark near..will definitely stay again.

Fabulous staff and extremely close to rock venues

Nice place and close to some tourist sites and restaurants. Staff was sup friendly and inviting. Room was small, but clean - best for if you just need somewhere to crash. Overall, i had a great experience

Amazing location right in the heart of Nottingham but set back so you don't realise it. Both members of staff we met were really friendly and welcoming. We had a very clean clean family room with ensuite which was very comfortable - it overlooked the courtyard which could cause noise issues if got busy. In the bigger rooms, you are separated from the access to communal areas. Although a flask is provided in the porchway for hot water (along with teabags and coffee etc) the water wasn't particularly hot and you have to ring a door bell for another building to access the kitchen facilities and courtyard.

Comfortable stay in Nottingham city centre.

Helpful and friendly welcome from the staff. It is a great budget-friendly place to get your head down for the night. It is very central but was tucked away enough to feel safe. Be aware that it can be quite cold. There was some litter left on the floor in my room when I arrived. Bathroom was lovely and clean, however. Nice of Igloo to include a towel but would recommend bringing your own. Was very quiet and overall got a comfortable night’s sleep in. There are communal areas to make a free hot drink, but I didn’t have time to enjoy these. Thank you for having me; I would come again.

Excellent location. The private double room was exactly as pictured which was great. The only drawback was that the wifi in the secondary building where I was staying wasn’t working at the moment but in all fairness the router probably just needed resetting and I didn’t ask for that (just used the wifi in the main building which was great). Would definitely stay here again.
