お部屋はとてもキレイなんですが、2日目から下水のにおいがずっとしてました。換気扇が時間が経つと消えちゃうので、外出して戻ったり、朝起きると臭くて… スタッフの方も感じが良く、立地も良いのでそこがとても残念でした。 あとホテルの室内に電話がないので、チェックインの際にカカオかLINEと友達申請しないといけないのはちょっと日本人には馴染みがなくてハードル高いような気がします。

We booked this as an anniversary trip and enjoyed it. Welcome 'snack' on arrival. Luggage storage. Rooms are very nice. They have free whiskey hour every day in a vibey library area. There was also free snacks. There is also a floor sitting area to eat your outside food, closed at 10pm ish. We also enjoyed having our own bath with a TV infront. Improvement would be to positin the TV a bit further away from the spa bath or otherwise you crane your neck quite a bit. Front staff ask for your whatsapp number so you can communicate easily. The only thing we found a bit strange was that they were quite selective in which messages to respond to. If they didnt have an answer, they just would never respond. Also booking in the cooking or the yoga classes was very strange. We would ask on Whatsapp if it is available and it would be confirmed but then when you would present at the time/day of the activity, they would either say its been cancelled or you've missed your time slot (even though we showed up at the confirmed time on Whatsapp), however they did not once communicate this via Whatsapp.... We had a good experience but thought the communication for these activities could have been better as we actually wasted a lot of time waiting for these activities that never happened which would have been avoided if there was sufficient communication.

최고의 숙소입니다. 깨끗하고 친절하고, 조식도 맛있었습니다. 위스키바가 조금 좁아서 아쉽지만 분위기도 좋고 깔끔했습니다. 숙소 위치도 좋고요. 성수기에는 매우 비싸지만 다시 한번 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

스위트객실, 대가족 여행에 추천합니다. 3-10세 아이들이.이용하기 적당한 키즈짐 아이들도 어른도 만족합니다. 6인이상의 가족은 꼭 스위트 객실에 머무르는걸 추천합니다.

Breakfast was good, staffs were all kind and patient, good location, and very clean

We loved staying here! The staff were very welcoming and we were even upgraded to a family suite. The room was very large, clean, with everything we could need including lots of space for luggage and belongings. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. The bath was a highlight and so too was the beach view. The breakfast was large and very tasty. We would not hesitate to book again if we are back in Busan!

아침식사메뉴 최고,시설도 깨끗했고 위치도 너무 좋았습니다만 직원들이 밝지않은 인상이었고 객실 이용설명시 말을 너무 빠르게해서 확실히 잘 못알아들었습니다 부산사투리도 익숙하지않아서 웃으며 여유있게 설명을 해주셨으면 좋겠다라는 아쉬움과 힘든건 알겠지만 밝은 미소유지와 인사는 해주셨으면 좋겠다는 아쉬움은 있었습니다

욕조 온도 습기 조절 최고이고! 직원분들 친절하십니다. 객실 청결도 최고입니다! 다만 빗이 없었는데, 생각해보면 청결도 생각해서 더 좋은 거 같아요.

套餐式早餐.豐富但韓式吃不慣.整修過後很新.地點離鬧區及膠囊纜車步行皆可達

The hotel was perfectly located and the suite was beautiful. Probably not the place if you’re looking to have a view but definitely if you’re looking for extra space. Breakfast was pretty great but it was not clear from the beginning that only 2 breakfasts were included for a 7 person suite. I would note that entering the hot tub is quite difficult since it basically has 3 rims around it. It also required some level of vigilance since all the tables were glass and there was a terrarium in the middle of the suite and we had a toddler in the room. The decorations definitely made the room look amazing. Also, the room had one of the best shower heads we’ve experienced. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.

Føles som et hotel det burde koste væsentligt mere end det gør. Ganske luksuriøst og utrolig flot.

Chambre très propre et spacieuse Personnel très serviable et aimable Point négatif petit déjeuner uniquement avec des pots rice et 3 choix différents dont 2 fruits de mer. Wifi non fonctionnel dans notre chambre, impossible d’accéder au service sur les télés de la chambre.

Extremely nice hotel across the road from the beach, feels like a 5 star hotel. Rooms are so clean with beautiful interiors, I didn’t want to leave! Staff were friendly and available to help with anything you need. Loads of restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance.
