When I initially checked in and went to my room the room had not been cleaned nor the bed made up and linenns changed. I immediately brought this to the attention of Key who rectified the process immediately by giving me another room.

Easy parking. The smell of the room was not really good

It would've been good but most of our stay there was no hot water. That's not sanitary

Stay was very nice, hotel was clean and well-maintained. I was checked in by Key, she was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Without doubt, the squeakiest bed I have ever slept in. The smallest of movements will make a noise that will be annoying at best. Otherwise it was a fine stay and good value.

It is affordable and conveniently located near places where I can easily find something to eat. However, the customer service experience at check-in was poor. A simple question to understand what I am getting as a guest turned out to be a back-and-forth bickering.

The place was nice and clean, comfortable, good price with shops and food very close by. Towels were nice and fresh. The kitchen facilities in the room were good. I would certainly return and recommend. Just a personal thing, I would have liked a kettle and a cup in the room. I improvised…….

There is no housekeeping service. Your bed sheets will be changed and your room will be cleaned only once every 14 DAYS!! No in house dining service.
