広くて使いやすかったです。バスで少し行くと街も近いので便利です。 私たちがとまったときはクリスマスだったのですが、それ以外の時なら階下のスーパーが23時まで開いていて、これも素晴らしい環境。 逆にいうとクリスマスだったせいで食べ物の調達に苦労しました。 このアパートのせいではありませんが。

4 minute walk to bus stop then 10 minute ride to town. Bus runs every 10 min during peek times. Convenient having washer in room and supermarket downstairs. Could use more than 2 towels for 2 people. Also, didn’t notice there was no tv. Which wasn’t a big deal except I like noise to go to sleep.

Clean and nice

It was perfect for our needs. We really appreciated that there was a grocery store on the property. We made a few meals in the flat thanks to the kitchen and the store. Public transit was incredibly close by and easy to navigate.

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, shop down stairs and bus stop right outside made getting about very easy. We had a great stay and will return.

It was a little bit far away from the city center but, hotel access was very easy, bus station and market was nearby which is important.

The hotel is not far from downtown. You can easily find a bus stop just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I was quite surprised by the quality and the amenities in the apartment. It has almost everything you need, such as dishes, cooking utensils, an oven, and a stove. The apartment is spacious and also has a good table if you need to work. The WiFi is very stable, and the bed is comfortable. I did not feel that the heating was too hot, unlike what some other reviews mentioned. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and shower gel because they are not provided. However, there is a supermarket right next to the hotel, only a 2-minute walk away. The cleanliness is generally good, although some areas could be cleaned better. Overall, the room, toilet, and bathroom are clean.

All that we needed for our stay in Tromso. Easy bus access to city center. Would stay here again.

Ypperlig plassering for kurs på UNN. Nært butikk og flere muligheter for å bestille måltider. God bussforbindelse rett utenfor. Litt harde senger og mangel på TV, men går greit når man er i tromsø for ærender eller opplevelser

Camera pulita, super fornita, calda e accogliente. Location non centrale ma vicinissima ad una fermata dell’autobus e con un super nello stesso edificio.

1) there is no reception 2) checkin was little confusing as there were lot of codes 3) rigid hotel policy no possibility of checking in early or late 4) the cleaning staff knocks your door at 10 whilst the check out time is 11:00 - and hotel staff will send you emails and reminders over and over again for check out 5) they ask us to remove the rubbish and bins ? Why it’s a hotel and not a hostel 6) for bag storage they charge extra 10 pounds? Why 7) it’s far from centre not so great location 8 there was ice all over the walk way - atleast put some driver or greet so customers don’t slip and fall

Sehr empfehlenswert! Die Unterkunft liegt am Hafen im Industriegebiet von Tromsø, aber direkt in der Nähe gibt es Bushaltestellen – in nur ca. 20 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Direkt unter der Unterkunft befindet sich ein KIWI-Supermarkt, der bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat – perfekt, um schnell noch Einkäufe zu erledigen. Mit etwas Glück kann man sogar die Polarlichter aus dem Fenster sehen – wir hatten dieses Glück 🥺✨ Check-in und Check-out waren super unkompliziert und auch der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft war einfach und freundlich.

The property is fine for a base to visit Tromsø - clean and quiet, with a handy supermarket below. The WiFi is sketchy and we had to use mobile data instead, which was fast, and the bed was very soft and not overly comfortable.
