Room cleaning is worst, and after 5 they don't have person to clean the room.

Good rooms. Staff were pleasant and responded to issues but were generally not able to communicate or understand gaps in service.

Room was clean and well appointed. Front desk staff were excellent. I found the restaurant food quality average and the staff poorly trained and not able to either communicate well or provide good service. Housekeeping was good but again staff didnt seem to understand or follow up on basic needs. E.g. no face towels were provided. Laundry service was excellent and prompt. I liked the hotel and will stay there again. All these things are fixable by the management and I hope they can make them.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm. Also, housekeeping was average.

Inaccurate info in check at 11am mentioned in expedia as actual was 12pm. Over this, hotel front end staff delayed check in by 2 hours. Bad check in experience although hotel is good

There were stains on the bedsheet, duvet, and pillow. We’ve triggered the make up room switch but nothing. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Room was not made up until we checked out. You can hear the guests / housekeepers outside the door chatting very loudly.

Big room with 2 king beds is perfect for family stays, breakfast is good and staff is courteous

The night duty receptionist is one of the worst I have ever met! Literally 0 courtesy! I won’t recommend this place! Please learn to be courteous with guests!

Very good property

Excellent stay - i booked this hotel for my parents and i highly recommend it. Location is superb, hotel is new (3 years), very clean, two restaurants are great food, the rooftop lounge is unique; hotel also helped my parents book a car for day trips which was very well managed. The owner also met my parents and made a connection. My parents enjoyed the stay and if I plan to come to Mangalore; i would book this hotel without hesitation - initially i had planned to book Taj Vivanta for parents - but found this gem as 1/4th the cost. Thank you owner Mr Shenoy for you and your team's warm hospitality - keep up the great work!

The property is located in the heart of the city, yet calm and quiet. The staff is very polite and helpful. Special mention to Shivani for her excellent customer service.

Overall a pleasant stay given the price and star rating of the hotel. The room was clean and the room size was generous and the hotel offered ancillary services like airport drop off etc. breakfast is a simple but small no frills spread. What marred the experience would be the issue with their room key cards, which kept deactivating every day, causing us to have to make multiple trips down to the lobby during the stay to have the card reactivated. Also, the jacuzzi function in the tub in the suite room was not working, whlch was a slight let down.
