First of all let me mention that it has been a nightmare experience with Hotel Bala Paradise, Munshiyari. Inspite of booking the hotel atleast 2 months back through Expedia, Hotel Bala Paradise, Munshiyari denied us checking-in on 26.12.24 (refer attached whatsapp communications). They got our already-booked room sold to another customer at a high price due to high demand. Reaching Munshiyari at 11 pm on 26th instant when we were denied entry, we had to somehow manage with a different hotel named Naini Homestay (refer attached bill and card of the hotel), or, else we would have had to stay within our car itself at a chilling temperature of -11 degree celcius. Just imagine the inhumane torture resulting out from the greed and immorality of someone.
