Das Hotel ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Reinigung ist gründlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit… Ich würde das Hotel auch wegen der Lage, (relativ zentral) empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, sehr modern und sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war perfekt ausreichend groß und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit ist gut, die Dinge vielleicht minimal wartungsbedürftig aber sonst okay. Das Frühstück ist Mega lecker und preisgünstig. Alles war frisch. Immer wieder gerne!

The room was clean and cleaned each day too, the staff were so helpful and friendly (and most spoke excellent English which really helped), nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were cooked fresh to order and tasted really good, esp considering the low prices. A good little hotel. We didn’t use the mini bar but it seemed well stocked.

Amazing experience...fantastic location...great staff...smiling and warm friendly staff....breakfast excellent ...music ...even real piano...bed sheets and pillows super comfy...i got an upgrade for a room with balcony...the lady at the reception is a gem :)

Dit was mijn tweede keer bij Ruby en alles is perfect. Ik mis alleen een fles drinkwater op kamer. Dat zou standaard moeten ziijn.

Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal aber eher ein schlechter Witz. Kaum Hilfe bekommen bei den defekten Geräten im Zimmer und auch keine Alternative angeboten bekommen.

Das Frühstück war nicht vielfältig aber dennoch gut

There were no slippers in the hotel room, but we requested them, but they did, thankfully. We paid for breakfast, but we couldn't have it because there was no one to attend to us when we went down to the breakfast room in the morning. We had paid for nothing.No one helped with breakfast, even though they saw us sitting there. When we checked out, they wanted to charge us extra for the minibar, which we never used.Overall, the hotel and the room were nice, but I can't say I was very satisfied.

The property was very well maintained, clean and well appointed. It also is well located to enjoy Pristina. The most outstanding feature of the Hotel is its staff. They are friendly, professional, and wonderful to deal with.
