市街地の中心地にあるのと隣にカフェがあり非常に便利だった。また新しい建物と設備であり快適だった。サービスもきちんとしていて、安心と安全と清潔と利便さに満足。

Staff is not empowered to help customers and hotel has cheap policies. We had breakfast included but had to argue to receive our vouchers which are just coupons for a discount at the deli. They don’t restock in room instant coffee and tea if you stay more than one night. Rooms are spartan again because they’re too cheap to have more hooks and shelves. If they just were a bit more generous and customer oriented it would be a much better place because it’s new and clean although small.

Well presented quality room, would cost several times the price in the UK, quiet, good internet, small selection of tea and coffee in the room. Downside is the bathroom which although well upholstered didn't divide the shower from the rest so the whole floor got wet. Aircon effective but blows at the bed. Less than a 5 minute walk to / from the subway. 5 mins walk to the nearest cathedral, multiple additional sites within 15 minutes.

Great wee hotel in the heart of Sofia. Only 5 minutes walk from the metro. Friendly staff and excellent room. Lots to do and see in the immediate area. A fantastic place to stay for a Sofi adventure

Great location for city sights. Comfortable rooms. Well appointed with necessary equipment for comfortable stay - kettle toiletries …Quite noisy though as on main road. Noisy plumbing too.

La habitación limpia, muy moderno, a buen precio, creo que lo unico que falta es incluir desayuno, en amenidades tiene un mini bar con costo adicional, la ubicacion es muy estartegica

Room was very clean and had a nice smell. Very basic but everything we needed for a single night. Shower did get the whole bathroom wet, and there was no milk / had to pay extra for more coffee or tea bags. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and they kept our suitcases during the day free of charge. We should stay here again.

Hotel is horrible and their management is horrible. All streets arround hotel al working on and are blocked. No parking.
