I stayed at this hotel expecting a comfortable stay, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel sits right on a main road, so it was very noisy throughout the stay. On top of that, there was no electricity and, as a result, no running water. The hotel confirmed by email that the power outage had knocked out water service and that they had no idea when it would be restored. With no working bathroom, no water, and no timeline for when anything would come back, staying was simply not an option, so I was forced to book and pay for a completely different hotel on short notice.
What makes it worse is that the hotel refused to issue any refund, even though I couldn’t use the room I paid for. I understand a power outage in the area may not have been their fault, but leaving guests without water or power indefinitely and then declining to refund the unusable nights is not acceptable. A hotel should stand behind its guests when it can’t provide the most basic services.
Between the constant road noise and being left without power, water, or a refund, I would not recommend staying here. If something goes wrong, you may be left paying for a room you can’t use.
