It’s a nice place, about 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas. The problem we had was with the additional money they wanted. One is already paying an additional 10% hotel fee (goes directly to the hotel and other hotels don't charge it), and on top of that they wanted an additional 28% when we went to check out. Essentially charging 38%, so buyer beware. There are many other places in Arequipa you can stay that are just as nice and cheaper without being asked to pay more upon checkout

Me impressionei do começo ao fim da estadia. O hotel realmente é incrível. Arquitetura, design, restaurante, conforto e atendimento.

Fomos muito bem recebidos, chegamos mais cedo e já tínhamos um quarto reservado para nós. O lugar é lindo e perto de tudo. O quarto estava impecável. Só tem pouca opções no café da manhã mas também estava uma delícia. Adoramos!

Excellent emplacement et service et nourriture

Great hotel! Excellent location, spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast included. The staff even organised us a travel lunch to take us with our early flight from Arequipa to Cusco. Really enjoyed our stay (great views from the rooftop bar too!)

The attention to detail at this hotel is phenominal. A welcome note with my name on it, a good night cookie, extremely helpful staff. I also found the co-working area really valuable after an early arrival and later departure. Everyone was fabulous and kind.

O hotel é incrível! Foi disparado o melhor que fiquei no Peru, com um quarto amplo, banheiro e ducha impecáveis, além do café da manhã muito saboroso! Detalhe que havia mini bar, o que não encontrei em nenhum outro hotel no Peru. Diariamente o pessoal deixava biscoitos no quarto... Detalhes que fazem a diferença. Está muito próximo a praça principal e de diversas opções gastronômicas. No topo do hotel tem um pub com diversas cervejas, drinks e diversos tira gostos... Além de uma ótima vista da cidade. Recomendo a todos que estiverem em Arequipa! 5/5

The staff there were WONDERFUL!

Amazing

Since arrival the staff was very helpull, providing honest information and available options, the breakfast was also decent and i cluded few options even for vegetarians. Couple of nights we dine in and the food was extraordinary, including non traditional dishes, the trout was amazing as it was the tuna steak. I'll definitelly return to Qasa Arequipa. One little detail missing is the phones inthe room, but we just use our phones whenever we needed anything. Not every turist buys cellular services arriving to Peru as we did, so there may be some room for improvement. In any case I should mention our host Dalia and Roseline were extraordinary, making us feel super confortable.
