El hotel esta bien aunquebastante impersonal todo, ya que todo el trato es virtual. No puedes acceder a las habitaciones antes de las 3 pero te tienes que ir a las 11. Por suerte, puedes dejar el equipaje en taquillas.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this place was so bad I have to share so others don’t make the same mistake as me. This place did not have a working AC in the room they first night we arrived and had to get a technician to fix it. There were bees and other flies all over the place. The place was not properly cleaned and restocked once we arrived, the soap dispenser for the bathroom was mostly empty so I had to pump it several times for a small drop to wash my hands. The rooms did not include basic amenities like a kettle, microwave, or even small fridge to stock some small snacks we got during the day. There are tons of better options in the area I would choose from next time I visit.

We werent so sure about booking this hotel as it was only a 2 ☆ we just needed a quick week in the sun. Yhe hotel was keyless uou had a unique number to enter the building and it was the same with the room so no worrying about keys or card enties the room was clean the housekeeping was excellent. We were so impressed weve booked the same room for 2 weeks in September/October

The hotel itself had outdated rooms and poor ac. There is no staff nor physical check in. Although for the price you pay to stay here you r getting a clean room and a big balcony. You get what you pay for… Additionally, the person responding to messages on WhatsApp was slow and ignorant to provide to your needs.

Pros: Clean room. Hotel is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Cons: Old building. Doors (room and balcony) and windows are still original wood frame from the 60s. Noise level from hallway and street traffic, starting around 5:30 am, was too loud. There are three steps you need to go up right as you exit the elevator in every floor. Check in process for me was smooth, but the lobby was packed with guests trying to understand how to access their rooms as there are no staff at all. They were on their phones trying to reach someone from customer service. The online check in process is not ideal.

The worst experience ever! We couldn’t sleep due to people partying until 3 am. Check in was horrible too.

Esta muy bien , no hay personal .pero te daran tu codigo y con el entraras . La limpieza muy bien se nos olvido entrar las toallas que dejamos fuera ventilando y se mojaron con la lluvia . Y una señora mayor muy amable de la limpieza nos dejo otras y nos limpio la habitación un 10 para la señora lo dejo todo impecable , la verdad que muy bien todo muy limpio 👍 y la habitación con una hermosas vistas al mar y al castillo hermoso 💚

Pedimos habitación con cama de matrimonio y resultaron ser dos camas individuales unidas.

No hay personas de atención en el chekin y eso no me lo informó hoteles.com tienes que llamar para que un sujeto grosero, poco educado y sin paciencia te atienda y te pida mandé por línea mis documentos y pago del derecho de hospedaje. No pude hacerlo hasta que volví a hablar y una amable chica argentina lo hizo manual y me dio la clave para acceder al hotel. 2horas para poder entrar a mi habitación. El WhatsApp no lo contestan. Es una basura la atención que dan.

The whole hotel had a weied smell like body odor. Even our room smelled like body odor, I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t actually clean between guests.

Un hotel que funciona como autogestion sin personal, hacer el check in es una odisea. Si no lo haces con ello no tienes enlace para hacerlo, cuando te lo mandan no funciona el sistema de fotografiar el DNI, tarde más en hacer el check in que en llegar desde Barcelona a Tossa. Recepción moderna pero habitaciones antiguas, ventanas de madera que no garantizan bien la insonorización. Por otro lado estaba todo limpio.

There is NO live person at the front desk. There is NO place to store your luggage. When you check in, they sent you a text with activation code for the door at 3pm and when you check out your access is discontinue at 11am. What we suppose to do with the luggage??? Take it to the beach? “The hotel” looks like a dead building. It was great last year with proper concierge, but this year is a total disaster. No fridge in the room! There is NO ice! It’s summer outside… It’s such a shame that this wonderful property is sooo poorly managed. I would not recommend to stay there.

A pesar de llamarse hotel, no cuenta con recepción, ni con ningún ser humano a quien dirigirse, todo la comunicación es por internet, entonces no hay donde dejar las maletas antes o después de chequearse, y si no tienes internet estas mal. Por lo demás el hotel esta bien, buena ubicación, cómodo, limpio, buen precio, cerca de la playa y la zona turística.

Check-in process was a disaster with no on-site staff and unresponsive phone support. Lack of Wi-Fi made getting the check-in code impossible, leading to inconvenience of going to a nearby hotel for assistance. Issues with paying city tax online due to international service resulted in being locked out the following day. We could not get a response for 2 hours. The staff does not respond to WhatsApp texts. The laundry drop off workers called the office for us. Without a solid plan, guests may face challenges. On the bright side, the hotel boasts a convenient location near the beach and restaurants.
