Excellent location and a very comfortable space. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in staying in Central Madrid. Very easy to get around the city from here.

This was definitively a great find. The apartment was clean and of good size with all you need. The staff was very helpful (especially Paula). The apartment is in the heart of the city and close to all. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I hope to visit again.

The check-in location was a bit hard to find as the sign is only Hostel Castille outside. No mention of LOFT outside the building. Desk service was good. I had booked a 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Lots of room in the kitchen living space.

Hard to find it as this is not an individual hotel, it's inside another hotel without any indication. Room facilities are very old, no utensils, no shampoo, etc. The only good thing is the location, very convenient to everywhere but nosiy as well

The property was listed as The Loft but it is really Hotel Castilla II. The taxi had a hard time finding it because its in the smaller alley. The hot water is limited so quick showers were needed. The shower drain was also very slow. But the location was fantastic! You are at the center of everything. We love that part. If they would renovate the bathroom and fix the issues its an easy 4.5 stars.

This place is genuinely awesome . The 4 people suite has everything I need for my family . It feel I was in my own piso in Madrid . For sure this will be the only place I will use for my next visits !!! Thanks

Perfect location for a week’s stay in Madrid. We were in the middle of everything. Close to metro and train station. Will definitely be my first choice when we return to Madrid.

Appartamento molto carino forse necessita di un po di manutenzioni pero in linea con l'atmosfera che si respira. Molto centrale, posizione ottima, vicina a molti punti d'interesse e alla movida. Se dovessi tornare a Madrid sicuramente lo sceglierei di nuovo

We stayed 3 days, but only thefirst day room was cleaned, there was no full length mirror and the only mirror was in bathroom which was already a small space . Staff was not so helpful.location is close to all the tourist sites but expect lot of crowd and noise.

Very convenient central location one street away from Plaza del SOL and a 5 minute walk to Plaza Major. Reasonable price for a small 2 bed apartment with bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Ideal for short or long stays.
