設備もきちんとしていてとても清潔でした。スタッフも親切でした。食洗機、　ランドリーマシーン等もあり長期滞在に便利です。シャワーボックスに扉かシャワーカーテンがあるともっと良いと思います。隣に大型スーパーやファーマシーもあります。地下鉄駅も歩いて数分にあり便利です。また近くに来ることになったら泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

This was such a convenient and cozy stay. The room was impeccably clean which is such a big deal for me! The location is convenient for the tram and the train station. Would 100% recommend!

Handy location within walking distance of several museums and Puerto de Atocha station. Room was very clean and cool. It is next to Lidl so very handy to get food as and when needed.

From digital door locks to fluffy bath sheets, here's why. Digital door locks: No lobby waits. No physical key to lose. Just a code you punch in. The same applied to our apt door. No need for keys or key cards. Pure autonomy. The kitchen: The fridge kept milk fresh all week. The coffee maker fueled lazy mornings before the Prado. And the fully stocked cabinets (sharp knives, proper pots) meant we actually cooked. The washing machine (yes, it's confusing): Worth having for packing light, but bring patience—or WhatsApp the concierge. Big towels & toiletries: Thick bath sheets that cocoon you. Wall-mounted shampoo/conditioner save plastic and suitcase space. Plus a full ironing board. Location (Barrio de las Letras): Walkability is a perfect 10. Prado Museum in 7 minutes. Retiro Park in 10. Plaza Mayor in 12-15. No Metro needed. The area is very safe. I went out at 11:30 at night searching for food and felt completely safe. In the daytime is very busy but was very quiet at night. For the savvy traveler: digital security, big towels, a real kitchen, and Madrid on a silver platter. Book it. You won't regret it.

El apartamento está justo como se ve en las fotos, agua caliente siempre, muy bien ubicado, a unos metros de la estación de metro Embajadores, una zona céntrica y segura.Nos gustó mucho!

Being a light sleeper , I have requested specifically not to give me the 1st floor as I have read review it is noisy . This request was not taken into consideration and instead they give me the 1st floor. They don’t take comment or remark seriously .Very disappointed.

Clean and well equipped

Check in was super easy - fill out info on line, submit document pictures and you're done. Email was sent with access codes to the building and the room - easier than carrying keys around. Place is very clean, nicely appointed, modern, with individual AC/heating in rooms. Everything works nicely. Great location between 2 metro stops, close to Atocha train station, museums, Plaza del Sol. Also has lockers for your luggage downstairs, if you staying in Madrid for a little after check out. Will definitely stay there again.

Bonne situation. Tout près du métro et à distance de marche du Prado et de la Place Mayor. Processus de check-in en ligne facile et accès à l’édifice et votre chambre par un code. Plusieurs services disponibles dans la chambre comme laveuse-sécheuse, frigo et lave-vaisselle. L’hôte fourni un kit complet pour tous ses services (comme le savon). Seule inconvénient: environnement bruyant qui peut déranger à l’occasion la nuit.
