秋のコッツウオルズの丘陵を探索すべく都会から離れた小規模ホテルが希望で4泊した。周囲は誠に美しく期待通りで素晴らしかった。ホテルの設備、サービス、清潔度料金等は平均レベルであった。しかし、料理が不味く遠方の街まで行かねばならなかった。　　

The Amberley Inn is a lovely characterful property, the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a room with a four poster bed, which was comfortable. The views of the hills and valleys was superb, with the cows wandering over the common right outside. The bathroom is a bit tired and the shower could do with updating. The breakfast was very tasty and they obviously use quality ingredients.

We enjoyed our stay here. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room. A small fan was provided for us but was not blowing too much air so our sleep was impacted. Other than this it is a great hotel, with a great surrounding views of the countryside and friendly staff.

Extremely welcoming staff and a beautiful setting. The inn decor feels a little tired but was a wonderful crash pad for us for a weekend trip

Nice building from the outside. Dining and bar area full of character. Outside area renovated. But inside is severely behind the times and it shows throughout. Very dated.

Great location, lovely staff, excellent breakfast. But the room was over-priced for what it was.

Newly taken over by some people with real vision. A lovely stay.

Lovely place in a beautiful setting…. But in the middle of a management change and building renovation while we were there… Hope to go back when all completed!

Superb breakfast menu, excellent chef and warm welcome. Room was warm and bathroom was clean. Everything spoke of excellence. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will return. Housekeeping do an excellent job too.

Spotless room, silent nights sleep, lovely hilltop location. Goulash in the restaurant was superb (chef is Hungarian), Brekkie was also top notch with all types of eggs. I ate in a lovely nook with fire.

All aspects of our stay was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and there was a nice choice of wines and beers. However, the bathroom was poor. The shower head had a make-shift fix to keep the head up which could not be adjusted. The towel rail was disconnected and hence the bathroom was very cold.

The food was very good, and a great price. The staff were awesome. The room was fine, a bit old fashioned. The bathroom could use some modernizing. The water in the shower would not stay hot.

The Amberley is a beautiful, atmospheric old building and the staff were courteous and very helpful. The building does, however, need a bit more love and attention and some of the fittings are in need of repair. The food was a little uninspiring for the price and our room too small for anything other than a one night stay with very little storage space for clothes. However the location was great in a lovely area and I would visit again.

Nice room, good WIFI and shower. Great food. I enjoyed meeting the owner's cute spaniel, Sidney :)

Breakfast was outstanding using locally sourced ingredients. Bacon and sausage particularly were excellent. Problems with heating and toilet not flushing but they were handled without fuss. We ate dinner on our first night and that too was very good.

Stayed the night as wedding guests locally. Staff were fantastic and really friendly. We felt really welcomed! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Our room was nicely furnished, clean and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely property. Extremely comfortable rooms with plenty of space in them. Breakfast was freshly made with local produce.
