There’s only three bathrooms for like up to 20 people. Also only 5 showers, 2 private ones and three communal ones. It was clean enough even though sometimes it wasn’t but that’s more because of the other guests than the people cleaning. Inside the capsule the charge didn’t work for our phones and neither did two of the four lights. Also the capsule was insanely hot inside even though there was a climatisation but it was barely working. I think this is more fit for solo travellers because the lockers were also very small and could only fit one backpack.

Stains on the sheets. Ac was broken so it was around 35C in the capsule and we had to sleep with the door open. Everything was wet including our towels. And there was a group of people that made noise the whole night. We didnt even get a duvet instead we got a blanket.

I booked this about 3-4 weeks in advance. When I turned up they said they were overbooked and sent me to a hostel about 25 minutes taxi ride away. So went from capsules to staying in a hostel dorm, with creaky beds, people snoring, and lots of incoming light. Had an awful nights sleep. They didn’t at any point try to contact me about the overbooking, so I suspect it’s just a deliberate business practice, which by the way is not legal. The hotel refused to give me a full refund, but Expedia refunded me the total value, which pretty much says everything. Very shady business, stay away.

Habitación doble, se respeta silencio. Para pasar una noche de forma económica y ya.

La capsule offre un véritable cocon de tranquillité. Un peu loin du centre, la vie en communauté est un peu bruyante, mais c'est une expérience à faire au moins une fois !

Er was geen personeel, terwijl ze wel zeiden dat ze open waren van 8 uur tot 2 uur. Het was niet heel proper. Zeer luidruchtige klanten waardoor slapen zeer moeilijk was. Namelijk geen isolatie (normaal in capsules wel) en geen personeel om te helpen. Ik kom niet terug.

Mal lugar para quedarse

Las cápsulas son más espaciosas de lo que parecen a simple vista, pero no aislan el sonido. A pesar de estar indicado que no se debe hacer ruido después de las 11, no se respeta. Los aseos son comunes y en la misma puerta que está el retrete está la ducha, por lo que si hay alguien duchándose no se puede usar el servicio porque la puerta que divia ducha y retrete no cerraba. Además el retrete estaba atascado. Si algún viajero busca un lugar donde quedarse una noche, creo que es recomendable por el precio, teniendo en cuenta el ruido que habrá. Para estancias más prolongadas no lo recomendaría.

No hay enchufes en las cápsulas, solo USB. En los baños tampoco hay enchufes, por lo que secarte el pelo se hace tarea imposible. La única opción es bajar con el pelo mojado al baño de minusválidos que si tiene enchufe. La recepción está muy descuidada y sucia. Un cliente que va a hacer check in nunca debería ver comida de un empleado.Las cápsulas son espaciosas pero deberían incorporar tv.
