エアコンの付け方、付いてるのかどうかが分からなかった。立地については最高です。

古い建物だが、内装は、清潔感があり居心地いい。

Cuencaの旧市街の真ん中にあるともいえる施設です。高速鉄道の駅から1番のバスに乗り終点で降ります。料金は2ユーロ１５で、バスの中で買えます。宿舎はバスの主点の広場にあるTourist　Information　の横の道を上がったところにあります。もとは教会の学校だったようで雰囲気もとてもよいです。また新しくしているためにとてもきれいです。ただ、横に開くトイレのドアが閉まらず半分空いたままになってしまうのは困りました。トイレットペーパーで抑え何とかしました。普通だったら苦情を言いたいところだったのですが、職員の方々は皆さん親切で、この点それほど気になりませんでした。もし行く機会があったらまた泊まりたいです。

La estancia de dos noches a sido genial el sitio es precioso bien ubicado en la ciudad. La habitación pequeña pero suficiente la limpieza perfecta. El desayuno en un comedor muy agradable , sin tanta variedad como en otros hoteles pero muy correcto. El hotel está en una zona peatonal pero hay un parking muy cerca que tiene acuerdo con el hotel y comunica con un ascensor cerca de la entrada y con el centro ciudad. Las vistas desde el seminario espectaculares aunque nosotros tuvimos Habitación interior que daba a un patio. El personal muy amable y cooperativo.

This is an amazing hotel: charming, historic, beautiful, amazing staff. Free quality breakfast. Reasonable parking on site. Located within a small courtyard in the ancient town, and a few meters from the main plaza. Plenty of restaurants and taverns. Many splendid hiking opportunies. This town is amazingly stunning. Youtube and photos cannot capture.its splendor. My wife and I walked the town and bridge and used the pre-daen light for some amazing photos; the silence of the village, but for the birds. I highly recommend Restaurante Plazeria.

Noisy room next to lift

A great, peaceful place to stay in old town Cuenca. The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The shower is fabulous! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and ensure that your stay is pleasant. The breakfast is great as well. All in all a 10 out of 10:)

The historical feel of the building and its uncluttered atmosphere. As a solo traveller feeling secure in a property is also highly appreciated. Though the deep sense of history was particularly moving.

Un lugar muy agradable con una situación estupenda en pleno centro. Es una hospedería y lo que encuentras es todo lo necesario : exquisita limpieza, personal amable, buenas camas bien vestidas. Tienen un convenio con un parking por 17 euros diarios. El desayuno es más que correcto con productos de muy buena calidad, especial mención los huevos revueltos muy cremosos y ricos. Muy contentos.

Magnifique hôtel au cœur de Cuenca dans un bâtiment historique (séminaire) plein de charme, modernisé avec goût et très confortable. Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse. Excellente literie et salle de bains fonctionnelle. Personnel aimable et efficace. Téléphonez avant d’arriver pour vous garer: possibilité d’utiliser le parking (17€/nuit) et d’accéder directement au niveau de l’hôtel par un ascenseur.

This place is epic awesome. The facilities were great. But the views right outside the property were simply breathtaking. I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay and highly recommend this historic hotel / active seminary.

Great staff, breakfast, rooms . Parking easy and clearly explained by reception discounted rate in local underground parking accessible with a lift.

Charming and helpful staff. My wife fell injuring her leg and the receptionist went above and beyond finding dressings etc. Beautiful old building

We had just a one night stay here, in the very beautiful Seminario. Rooms were basic, but spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and an excellent shower. Breakfast was buffet style with everything you could want. Staff were very friendly and informative. Parking was 7 floors below the old town but there is lift (keep your parking ticket with you as it is needed to use the lift). Overall one of the best overnight stays

Muy buena estancia. Buena ubicacion, cerca de la Plaza Mayor. Habitacion de buen tamano, tranquila, muy limpia, con una cama grande y comoda, y una buena ducha. Desayuno muy bueno. Personal agradable. Precio muy razonable.
