We had a wonderful room/kitchette on the top floor with direct access to the rooftop pool. It wasn't too busy as it wasn't pool weather, so we basically had the whole deck to ourselves. The room was comfy and bathroom and rainshower were great. Plus, the is an elevator. Marina at reception was very helpful, as was Annabella for housekeeping. It was quiet too.

We visited during March so the pool wasn't usable due to the windy, cool weather. Contact with staff was only through WhatsApp but they were very responsive. The Wifi was pretty terrible but the view from the pool terrace was very nice. We enjoyed having a snack on the terrace outside our room.

Very close to eveything, centre, port, station, buses….. Clean. Good bed. Tourist information about 100 metres away. Quiet at night.

Check in was complicated since we were request to submit the information 3 times online and when a same email is used the reservation system creates errors hence was more difficult the entire process. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful, but she was there only in regular working hours after she leaves No one answers phone calls or messages after 6 pm. Hotel was in a great location.

We didn't bring a pet so pet accommodation does not apply. Premises is very centrally located with all areas within walking distance. Regular contact & upon arrival staff very helpful

Localización perfecta. Aparcar es dificil ya que en la zona solo hay aparcamientos privados y zona azul. Desde el alojamiento se va caminando a todo el centro histórico sin esfuerzo. Repetiríamos el alojamiento sin lugar a dudas

Una ubicación magnífica a un paso del Ayuntamiento, en pleno centro. Habitación limpia, cama fantástica, poco ruidosa. Por poner una pega, común a casi todos los establecimientos del centro, solo hay de opción de aparcamiento un parking público de pago, que encarece la estancia. Eso sí, Justo al lado.

Excelente servicio y fácil comunicación. La ubicación fue perfecta. Muy cerca de la estación de trenes e innumerables comercios.

Top Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Das Appartement war schön jedoch im ersten Stock sehr ringförmig.
