部屋は快適、テラスも広々、どこにいくにも便利。 しかし繁華街の中心のため深夜2時くらいまでうるさく眠れなかった。 部屋は5階だったがかなりの騒音。

El desayuno siempre era el mismo, la Habitación muy bien y cómoda, la ubicación excelente, había terraza con unas vistas a Madrid. Todo cerca (Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor, Alcalá, Cibeles, Retiro, Catedral y Palacio Real).

Piso muy bien ubicado y aunque esté súper en el centro era bastante silencioso. Cama cómoda, cocina equipada aunque con poca cantidad de itenes (4 vasos, 4 cubiertos de cada etc) y faltaban copas de vino. El baño olía un poco, algo de la tubería. Pero estaba limpio. Muy bien conectado con metro al lado, supermercados cerca. Cuna para niños

Amazing flat and location. Yet, everything is managed remotely as there is nobody onsite. It was proven difficult to solve minor issues (1 hour to get an iron after calling the helpdesk, 1 hour to solve issue with storage locker). Unfortunately, there was no WiFi in the building during my stay. I claimed a refund compensation.

Nunca logramos modificar el clima , y la comunicación con el bot deficiente , hace falta el trato humano. Nadie nos ha dado respuesta por la tv que no funcionaba , y el wifi que no conecta

Great apartment with comfy beds. In the heart of Sol

The room was very clean, and the on line staff was very fast to reply. The location is great, it was near the Sol Plaza .

Perfect location, metro, restaurants and grocery store just outside the building. Clean. Only complaint is the mattress, it was very hard for me. Other than that very good accommodation.

Muito próximo a Plaza Puerta do Sol. Carrefour express ao lado e tb vários restaurantes de lojas próximas. Muito bem localizado . Meio apertado para5 pessoas. Mas, funcionou muito bem. Internet muito boa. Equipe respondeu rápido a todos os pedidos. Tem lavanderia paga no 3o andar. Café da manhã chega na porta toda manhã. Bem servido com suco, croissant, sanduíche, biscoitos. Podia ter cafeteira melhor. Tem forno e lava louças. Chuveiro muito bom. Ótima estadia.

The laundry was broken, so there was only one machine to use. But the location was perfect and everything was clean and easy to use.

The location is ideal — right in the city center. There is also a market right next door. The check-in process was very smooth. The building itself is safe and clean. The room faced the inner courtyard, so there was absolutely no noise from the street. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The apartment is thoughtfully arranged, with all the tools and amenities you might need, just like at home. There are also luggage storage lockers available if you need to store your bags before check-in or after check-out. We were pleasantly surprised because our room was prepared earlier, and we were informed that we could arrive from 11 AM instead of 3 PM.

위치너무 좋아요 3인실 거실 넓고 깨끗해요 1층 짐 보관 라커도 사용하기 쉬워요 다음에도 마드리드 여행 간다면 사용하려고요

Cuando llegamos no era lo que nosotros pedimos tuvimos que llamar y bueno lo solucionamos pero lo pasé fatal

La habitación estaba sucia, el baño no lo habían limpiado ya que tenía chorretones de no quiero saber que, y la estancia en sí tenía polvo, por lo que o pasó el equipo de limpieza muy rápido o no pasó. Además, no pudimos entrar a la habitación hasta las 3 de la mañana porque el aparato de poner el código en la puerta no funcionaba y nadie nos ayudó, el teléfono “24h” que tienen es completamente falso, nadie te coge el teléfono a pesar de quedar a la espera e insistir varias veces. Sienceramente, para el precio que tiene, yo te recomendaría coger otro.
