I appreciated the room upgrade. However, the hotel is further than expected from the train station. Lots of cafés are around, but nothing was open while we were there as we were there on a Sunday.

Check in took a very long time and the staff was not welcoming at all and ignoring its customers .. the lac of customer service at the reception was a bad experience

Hotel con personal muy atento y amable, muy limpio, y bien situado para ir andando a muchos sitios, en un area tranquila frente a un parque muy bonito, rodeado de restaurantes. Repetiria el mismo hotel para mis futuras visitas.
