空港や高速バスターミナルからのバスはカテドラルで下車。そこから歩いて5-10分程度。 目の前のバス停には止まらない。 中は綺麗で、洗濯機、食洗機もあり(洗剤も用意してある)ネスプレッソもある。食器も豊富。 一方で水回りはシャワーブースのドアが便器に当たる(気をつけないといつか割ってしまいそう)、ブースの敷居(水が外に漏れないように区切られている)が壊れていて水が外に漏れてしまうため、シャワーが終わると足拭きマットはびちょびちょ。そもそも洗面所も、キッチンの流しも、シャワーブースも、排水の流れが悪い。 アクセス的は基本カテドラルに出ればどこへも行きやすい。

Luxurious apartment. Best bed I have slept on whilst travelling. Lots of little details that work -real toilet paper, great shower and streaming to TV. Lots of bathroom accessories and very clean. Great location on Gran Via. Kitchen is just right. Bodega next door..

One of the best experience in a hotel we had in a long time, great location, great city, huge room (we had the rooftop terrace) very big kitchen compared to other rooms in Europe. I strongly recommend.

Nos quedamos sin luz durante un día y noche

Needed to change rooms because of smell in the bathroom and an unstable bed. Basement area itself is not very pretty. Rain poured in from the roof light above into central area. Numa moved us from this basement room to the first floor which was much better. Quite noisy as room faces the street. Earplugs are supplied. Centrally located. All communication is online so refer to the WhatsApp number on the info sheet if you need to contact Numa.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Excellent location close to both the moroccan quarter and the town. Bus stop outside. TV didn't work very well, which was a shame in the evening when we wanted to relax. Excellent communication from numa. Also can recommend the Ramen Dojo a couple of doors along, delicious food, great value and fun decor.

Great communication before my arrival, clean and everything wanted during our stay. Location was excellent and great advice from the team for travelling by car.

El apartamento está bien ubicado, la comunicación vía whatsapp, algún problema nos han solucionado, aunque el gran problema que hay en ese apartamento que no solucionaron fue el olor que entraba por la campana extractora a comida constantemente y teníamos que tener encendida la campana porque si no olía exagerado. Provenía de un restaurante, haciendo así que oliera durante prácticamente todo el día (desde las 9.00 hasta las 2.00 de la madrugada) Tenían todo tipo de Utensilios. El apartamento es espacioso. La limpieza del suelo se podría mejorar

We were assigned a baseman apartment S03 and I asked Laura if they can give us another apartment but she said that for my rate that was the only choice that they can not upgrade us. I told her that we are VIP, but she said she can’t. The apartment was next to the service and garbage room and the Storage lockers. The window was next to an alley (not a nice view). We’ve been traveling for years and is the first time we’re assigned a basement room. I was very disappointed.

Recommend! All functions are very convenient.
