駅近くでとても便利。冷蔵庫があるのが嬉しい。部屋の鍵は大丈夫だったが、エントランスから出るときにコツがいる。でも、気持ち良く過ごせました。

受付までたどり着くのに一苦労ではすまず 三、四苦労かかります。駅からとても近いのですが、宿の看板を見つけるのに苦労 一 ほとんど同じ看板が近くにならんでいるので苦労 ニ ホテルへ行くのに ブザーを押してから扉を開けるタイミングがなかなかうまくいかず 扉を開けられない 苦労 三 ホテル受付の階へいく エレベーターがとても小さく狭い 苦労 四 このホテルはホテル Ⅰ で 受付して ホテル Ⅱの部屋にいく 場所の移動はすぐ隣なので時間はかからないが、苦労 五 部屋は狭いが冷蔵庫もあり それなり でも隣の部屋の話し声が明瞭に聞こえる。 お隣の滞在客によっては最悪ですよ！

受付は近くの系列ホテルで別の建物。入り方がわからず、また建物入口の鍵や部屋の鍵がうまくかからない都度、行ったり来たりで大変だった。 観光では大抵が徒歩圏内でアクセスは最高だった。

マドリッドの中心であるソル駅の目の先にあるホテルで、立地は申し分ありません。部屋自体もとても快適でした。ホテル自体が2つのビルなので、初めは少しわかりづらいです。また、機会にカードを差し込まないと部屋の電気がつかないシステムですがカードの読み取りがイマイチでなかなか点かなかったのが少しマイナスポイントです。その他はとても素晴らしいサービスでした。ひとり旅には最適です。また宿泊したい。

駅から近くて便利です。周りにお店も沢山あり、とても良い立地でした。エレベーターもあります。お部屋はレセプションとは別の建物でしたが、すぐ近くでした。

Near the centre which is good. Right in the centre actually. Easy check in. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Noise outside at night, including a rhythmic thumbing sound. To be honest it affected my sleep. No A/C either. Not my worst night ever, but not my best either.

Quedamos muy decepcionados con nuestra estancia en el Hotel Victoria II de Madrid. Una de las principales razones por las que elegimos este hotel fue la vista desde la habitación, pero al llegar nos encontramos con que el balcon estaban completamente cubiertas debido a trabajos de pintura y mantenimiento en el edificio. Esta situación nunca fue mencionada antes de nuestra llegada , tampoco en el momento del check in. Además, viaje con mi hijo con necesidades especiales y para llegar a nuestra habitación tuvimos que bajar muchas escaleras cargando las maletas. Esta información tampoco fue comunicada al momento de hacer la reserva. De haberlo sabido, habríamos solicitado una habitación diferente o elegido otro hotel. El personal fue amable, pero creemos que los huéspedes deben ser informados con anticipación sobre trabajos de mantenimiento en el edificio y limitaciones de accesibilidad para poder tomar una decisión informada. Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia no cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

Ubicación excelente, el lugar es bonito solo tener mayor info en la pág para decidir mejor la habitación ya q acabamos rentando un Cto de lado donde no había elevador y fue complicado manejar las maletas

Brilliant Location - check which victoria - 1 & 2 are 5 doors apart!

Best feature is the really central location (50 metres from Sol Metro station) giving easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and tourist locations like the Museo Prado. Room was compact and basically furnished but it was clean and was serviced daily, had working air condioning; the bathroom was small but functional. Downsides would include outside noise (due to central location but also major building works in the street outside) and the convoluted access to the room making it awkward when travelling with a large suitcase/holdall. Checkin was efficient and security access to property was responsive. Overall though the positives outweighed the negatives; would happily stay there again.

Location is perfect but air conditioner not matain the room cold

Bom custo benefício, o ckeck in foi confuso, já que é feito em outro local. O quarto é muito pequeno, mas tudo muito limpo e novo. O elevador é que só leva um de cada vez e quebrou.

It is a hostal, but I stayed in an individual room. It was veery small, but comfortable. I could not open my big suitcase wide but it was a last minute booking for one night in a top location.
