清潔感あって良い

スペイン国鉄駅から徒歩数分、旧市街まで徒歩１５分くらいの立地のホテルです。ホテルまで道も建物はとてもわかりやすいてすが自分達のお部屋がどこにあるのか分かりにくかったです。でもそれは最初だけでお部屋がわかれば快適です。カフェマシーンが常備されているので好きな時にきろんな種類の飲み物が飲めます。お皿やコップ、ドライヤーもあります。スタッフが午前中の１０時半から１２時までしか居ないのでチェックインの時は入金後に教えて貰った暗証番号で自分達で入ります。 スタッフはとても優しい素敵な人たちです。

Part of an old high-rise building behind the station has been renovated into a 12-room shared hotel. The building is old for a high-rise building, with few shops, and I think the upper floors are apartments other than the hotel on the first floor (sorry if I'm wrong). However, once inside the hotel, it is very new and clean, and appears to have been recently renovated. People who are used to it may not mind, but I think it's better to be careful about women walking alone or coming home drunk, as it's not very popular at night.

事前のコンタクトもよく、質問にも答えていただけてすごく安心でした。 またチェックイン時間前に行ったにも関わらず、急いで部屋の清掃を行ってくれて、早くに部屋に入れてもらうことができました。 部屋は広く、綺麗でゆったりと過ごすことができました。 次来た時も泊まりたいと思うようなホテルでした。 お勧めします。

サンセバスティアンの鉄道駅からも、もちろんバスターミナルからも近く、旧市街へのアクセスもものすごくいい。日本人にはなじみの薄い、すべて無人で完結するスタイルも慣れれば大した問題ではない。

Tous étais bien propre !! Le personnel était bien accueillant rien à redire.

Unlike some reviewers, I like the look of the building - also makes it easy to find. And the area didn’t seem so shady. I was in transit and needed one night. Conveniently located by the train station/ bus station. Easy to reach old town and beach. Staff are great. Room is basic but clean, very comfortable bed for the price with foam pillows. Huge bath towels. Liquid Soap included, but bring your own shampoo and stuff. TV doesn’t have any English channels. The common area is nice to get free hot drinks, use dishes & cutlery, microwave, and fridge. Soundproof wasn’t great but luckily, noise from the children stopped by 22:00. The major negative for me was the WiFi. It did not work in the room and phone signal was weak so Ii had to keep going into the common area to check Internet. So casting on TV wasn’t possible. Wondering if it’s the walls or door that blocks the signal… I didn’t contact staff about it so maybe they would’ve fixed it. So why I didn’t subtract a star. Can’t complain much for the price. I’d stay again if the WiFi was fixed.

Nada que añadir. Amplio, limpio, cómodo, silencioso y junto a la estacion de autobuses.

Rent och fräscht, trevlig personal och bra med möjlighet till lite självhushåll. Bra läge med nära till busstationen och gångavstånd till det mesta. Dock lite otrevligt med folk som stod och hängde runt huset vilket skapade känsla av otrygghet.

Room was spotless and the staff were lovely

It is the second time I stay here and really I love it. I chose it because of the proximity of the bus station and the price. But it is a wonderful little hotel. It’s very clean, quiet, cozy. I got a problem with my reservation but they helped me very quickly and they are so nice. I am really happy

L’hébergement était parfait, propre avec tout ce qu’il y a besoin. Une machine à café est aussi à disposition. Le fait d’être proche de la gare est un p’us considerable. C’était très calme. Le seul truc c’est l’état du bâtiment où est l’hébergement. Ca fait un peu peur mais sinon très bien !

It was wonderful. Staff were friendly warm and very helpful. Will definitely stay there again if I visit the place again and will recommend to others.

Staff was easy to communicate with over WhatsApp and super helpful for my after hours arrival. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet and peaceful area to spend a Thursday night.
