Fint hotell, med deilig uteområde i 11. etasje. De ansatte var ytterst hjelpsomme med alt.

We had a family two bunk bed room for our family of four (young adult/teens) and it was great. The beds were comfortable, considerate amenities, and although small, more than enough room for us. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. The 11 floor lobby with the roof deck was awesome too with both free and purchased drinks. The location was good too, close to the busy areas but not completely in it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. If you stay here with a family or with picky eaters, I would recommend going to Isetan B1 (downstairs) as there is an amazing food court and options to bring back food to eat or prepare at the hotel.

Super hôtel moderne ou tout était parfait. Le personnel était adorable, le confort de la chambre (frigo, micro-ondes, fer à repasser…) et surtout de la literie, Vaste choix de boissons et de produits en libre service, tout pour vous sentir bien. Super terrasse et le petit plus, la buanderie avec les machines à laver. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour 😊

Available toiletries were free for guests. Room Cleaning was not well maintained. Our room had a spider that we killed. Room was tiny. However, the hotel is accessible to many stores and restaurants.

Amazing hotel, staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were excellent. They were clean and great size for our family. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. It was a perfect stay!! Everything was modern and confortable.

Loved this place! Had two rooms booked for my family. They booked the rooms next to each other. Very accommodating, extra close to Family Marts and 7-11 for snacks, <4 minute walking distance to the train station. Great hotel!

Mkt fint hotell. Nära till city och en trevlig terrass. Hjälpsam personal och allt flöt på enligt förväntningarna. Utmärkt o väldigt prisvärt för en familj med två tonåringar

Awesome staffs and very useful amenities like face/foot masks, coffee machine,etc.

Location was okay and the room was quite small but clean. Its basically what you expect from a Tokyo hotel being small, expensive, but clean and kind. Their laundry machine was a plus though.

Awesome hotel. Big room, impressive amenities (luxury face masks and hair products, etc), ideal location. Great for families.

The one who made up the room on 24 May was somehow careless. The rubbish bin covering plastic bag was missed. The whole rubbish bin in toilet was left unhandled.

Great location. Very close to supermarket and subway lines. The staff were very helpful.

Great hotel Convenient location but loud and in the heart of a vibrant night club district so not a quiet spot with a family!

&Here Shinjuku was probably one of my favorite places we stayed in Japan. Having the lobby on the 11th floor was really unique, and walking in to chill music and friendly staff immediately set a great vibe. The lobby opens onto a rooftop patio, which was an awesome place to relax, especially on the warm sunny days we lucked out with. The coffee bar was also a nice touch. The rooms were stylish and fun, and our adult kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. Having in-room laundry was super convenient during a longer trip. Overall, the whole hotel had a really cool, relaxed atmosphere that made it stand out from other places we stayed. It’s also within walking distance to train stations and a great area to explore. I would definitely stay here again.
