Property only has 10 rooms and is perfect for people that want a quite get away. Stay here, and youll pretty much have the pool to yourself and a hottub over ooking Chattanooga.

The property was wonderful. The only complaint I would have would be either turn out the lights outside at night or provide blackout curtains for the patio doors.

This was the most charming, quaint and absolutely adorable place to start with amazing views!

This place is amazing! Unfortunately I arrived too late to contact anyone about my bottle of wine. I also received a text early in the day asking me to text them when I check out so they can get in the room faster. I feel a bit pushed on that, I had even arrived yet and felt like I was being told to hurry up and leave.

It was great except a few black ants that crawled on my husband in the bed.

Perfection Quaint and gorgeous Only thing I’d love it if you guys would replace or fix the Refridgerator in room 8 which doesn’t close or barely chills And maybe some cushions for the rocking chairs Seriously I’ve been three times and can’t wait for my next stay

Location is convenient close to Ruby Falls and you get a beautiful view from the deck. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely furnished. Nothing better than waking up to the sound of nature in the morning.

We were in room 3. The bed was comfy and beautifully decorated, room clean, deck amazing, garden was gorgeous, view was spectacular. The only thing was the doors were very thin and we could hear the neighbors in the connecting room speaking. They were not speaking loud at all, but it sounded like they were in our room. It put a bit of a damper on a romantic weekend that ended up not being so romantic.

Awesome place. We had a great time. Loved the pool, the view, the quiet atmosphere. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

Loved the close proximity to both downtown shopping, and to nearby tourist attractions. Was disappointed by the length of time and effort of receiving new entry access code for my extended stay.

Nice view from deck!

Arrived in a storm ,key code did not work and my phone was not connecting, so a very helpful man in next room helped with call to sort us out. due to the very bad weather we travelled in we decided the next morning not to stay for our second night but to drive to Atlanta a day early.

Great location and a very nice updated room for an old building. Our room was clean and comfortable. Gave it a 4 because of road noise when sitting on our private balcony, also loud ac when siting on balcony while trying to enjoy the lovely view of the Tennessee River.
