レストラン、プール、ガーデンなどが備えられバランスの良い郊外のホテルで、数日以上の滞在に良いと思います。

イギリス滞在中に何軒かのホテルに泊まりましたが、このホテルはその中でも設備の面では最高でした。アメニティも充実していますし、室内には適度な高級感もあり値段に見合ったくつろぎができると思います。

The room was great, the staff were lovely and the food was excellent. What ruined it was the loud noise the air conditioning system made throughout the night every 15 minutes or so. My brother heard it too in the next room. I turned my aircon unit off yet the noise continued. Probably should have said something to receiption at the time. Great stay apart from the noise

Only slight issue was that you could hear people in the room above and in the hallways very clearly, we were woken up early by noise coming from the room upstairs

We had a lovely time staying here. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable. The gentleman who greeted us when we arrived was professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at the hotel for a local wedding. It was wonderful. Spacious room and lots of to do included in the price. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly but prompt!

Hotel nice, good spa area. The hotel advertises as a place to stay for Gatwick Airport nut it doesn’t have a lift!!! So you end up lugging your suitcases up two flights of stairs.

This place was ideal for us and might even make it 2 nights on a future occasion.

Convenient location, rooms in good shape, bar area nice, breakfast really good. Outdoor communal areas are really sad, depressing and in desperate need of rejuvenating

Hotel itself was fine and clean and staff friendly , room 204 I stayed in had constant running water in the bathroom (behind the wall, not an adjoining room or another rooms shower just running water) it wasn’t a leak but was rather noisy and constant for my whole stay in the room. As I checked in late at night I didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms so late but it wasn’t the best experience as I’ve had on many previous stays at this venue

Excellent service and beautiful rooms! The facilities were great, the bed and pillows wonderful and it was I very nice stay. Staff very helpful. It was farther away from the airport than anticipated so the Uber and Taxi were more expensive than anticipated. Other than that, amazing!

This was our second visit to this hotel having stayed there the previous year. Unfortunately, this stay was not as enjoyable. We used the spa facilities which were now unmaned and the chemicals in the pool and jacuzzi water was so strong it caused our eyes to sting so we couldn't in for long! We had a early flight so were particularly upset to be woken up at midnight by a group of loud smokers outside the entrance of the hotel, our window was to the left of reception area on the first floor. This then happened every hour throughout the night!! At first we thought it was thoughtless guested but as this happened regularly all nightt we suspect it was possibility the night staff taking breaks? Either way they were so loud we were repeatedly disturbed by them.

Not my usual place to stay but I will definitely stay again. Very good value for money, comfy room and brilliant shower.
