客室は広く清潔で、大変快適に過ごせました。スタッフはみんな親切で助かりました。特に、Dilrukshi の笑顔が素晴らしく、日本に戻ったら、カッセンドラキャンディホテルを友達にオススメしたいです。

部屋が広く、適度に清潔感がありました。 一定年数がけいかしていることもあり、施設の老朽化等はやや感じましたが、良かったです。 冷房もあり、快適なホテルでした。 シャワーの水圧も良かったです。 トイレも清潔で、トイレットペーパーもありました。 ドライヤーの風圧は弱かったです。 Wi-Fiはやや弱くて使いにくさを感じました。 総括 かなりいい方だと思います。

丘の上にあるので、部屋からの景色はよく、静かです。お部屋は清潔で天井も高くゆったりした気分で過ごせました。スタッフは親切でみなさん笑顔がよかったです。次回もキャンディに来ることがあれば泊まりたいと思います。

人もよく、部屋も広く、冷房やシャワーにおいても不便なく、快適でした。 キャンディ駅から少し丘を登った場所にあるので、下りは問題ないですが上りはトゥクトゥクに頼った方がいいかもしれません。 そのかわり静かで、景色はいいです。

Centrally Located and convenient hotel. Very nice breakfast. Management and staff finest hospitality we experience in Sri Lanka. We stayed in 7 hotels during our trip to Sri Lanka this Hotel and management does an excellent job.

Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig personale, god frokost. Nydelig utsikt. De drev med litt oppussing av området mens vi var der, men det var ikke noe problem for vår del. Bra aircondition. Hotellet ligger litt opp i høyden så vi benyttet oss av tuktuk🙈

The room had no external window but the common balcony had lovely views of Kandy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we were about 400 metres from a dance performance venue

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Queen’s Hotel, Kandy Bake House, and the beautiful Kandy Lake. The room was spacious with an exceptionally large and comfortable bed and a lovely view. Most importantly, Dilrukshi was outstanding-kind, compassionate, and truly made my stay memorable. The staff were very helpful as well. Great value for the price. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Good food, nice rooms, good location.

The room was adequate; however, there was no hot water, and the bathroom had mold. In other rooms next to ours it was boiling hot. Understanding the meal service was quite challenging, as it took 90 minutes to receive dinner. Additionally, the hotel is not just a 3-minute walk from the lake and other attractions as advertised. I will not take guests there again.
