Wi-Fiが弱過ぎ。トイレの取手は取れていた。寒い。

口コミで選んだんですが、サイトに掲載してある写真より部屋が非常に小さく、キャビン用のスーツケースを広げるのも困りました。場所も、中心街から遠く30－45分電車でかかります。それ以外は、清潔でスタッフも非常に親切で（男性に限る。女性はちょっと親切さに欠ける）よかったです。ただ、壁が薄く隣の部屋のTVの音やアラーム音で目が覚めました。多分二度と泊まりません。レセプションも9am-9pmまでしか空いておらず、もう少しで締め出されるところでした。

Ideal location for the MCM Comic Con and for other events at the Excel. Decent sized room, amc although fairly basic offers everything you really need. The room was clean and good value. The only problem I had was the kettle not working properly.

Great pub/hotel. Had to wait for reception and no offer of help with my bag up many flights but great location and good value food/drink. Room was clean and had what I needed. Good value considering cost.

The location and pub are nice. The room was small but that was fine. What really bothered me was the visible layer of thick brown dust on top of all the high spaces. Not a regular amount but the amount that shows it hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. Then there were the window sills. They had a thick layer of black greasy dirt at all the panes. I tried killing a fly against the window and the paper that hit it came back with black streaks. It is a shame because the staff were amazing and the building is great.

Good location that’s walking distance to London City airport and Excel. Great spot if you’re going to Excel for a Conference or Exhibition. The bar downstairs does pretty good food and the discount if you’re staying at the hotel helps. It can be a bit loud on some evenings, but that typically stops around 11pm. The staff are very helpful!

Very basic room. Had everything I needed though. Very clean and the staff are amazing

Location is great and parking facilities. Bathroom could be cleaner, lots of limescale build up in shower. But otherwise clean room if not a bit tired. Top floor showers had intermittent water pressure and sometimes cold, but it is a grade II listed building so somewhat understandable! Food in the pub downstairs pretty good too and discount for those staying was appreciated!

Very clean and spacious room, The staff were very helpful and friendly. Only a 10 minute walk to the DLR line, Which takes you straight into the centre of London. I would highly recommend the hotel for any stay in London. The food served in the bar was also delicious and very reasonable priced compared to most London.

Amazing stay helpful staff ! All lovely. Had food too was good and breakfast. We had everything we needed no complaints ☺️☺️ will use again as was perfect location 🙂🙂

Most disgusting rooms I have ever encountered in 20 years of staying in hotels!! So disgusting I refused to expect my sales team to stay for another night!! We booked another hotel and I am still waiting on my refund...promised 10 days ago!! Disgusting in every sense...toilets that did not flush..bedroom furniture that had not been cleaned in months! Heaters that didnt work. An agreement from the business that the rooms were sub-standard and a full refund would be applied!! No refund has been sent.

Room was ok except when I found dust everywhere and paint cracking off some of the walls

Lovely pub hotel. Very close to excel 5 mins walk. Lots of character, cosy clean rooms and excellent value for money. Showers not great, hot water suddenly turns freezing cold. Food good downstairs and staff friendly and helpful. Will stay again :)

The room was clean and perfect for an over night stay. Free on sight parking

Room was amazing. Simply amazing, room came with everything you could need, kettle, fan, safe. Beds comfortable Check-in was simple and was allowed to park in the car park before check-in time. The manager in the evening was extremely helpful as needed to leave early hours of the morning and car park is locked for safety reasons. All staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful and we would certainly use the fox again!

Lovely comfy room and good food. Staff were great too. The hotel is a bit shabby hence the price but have booked again when I’m back here for work!

Una habitación limpia y bastante amplia, con calefacción, aire acondicionado, televisión, plancha, secador de cabello y amenidades de baño. Además había agua, té, café y un par de galletas de cortesía. Camas cómodas. El único detalle fué que por la mañana no salía agua caliente en la regadera.
