地元の友達に勧められてテルメ目当てに来ました。夕方四時ごろにチェックイン。遅めのランチがしたかったがホテルにはサンドイッチぐらいしかないとのこと。周辺もレストランはなく静かで少し不便です。スタッフにサンドイッチは嫌だと言いましたがほかのレストランなど教えてもくれませんでした。 ウエルカムクッキーはいらないのでお水をおいて欲しかったです。お部屋はバスタブなし、アメニティはエトロ、シャワーは上からのみの固定、テレビは変な音がして映らないチャンネルが多かった。ドライヤーは繋がっていて使いづらい。スリッパなし、テルメに行くビーチサンダルあり。テルメは5星で期待しすぎたのか普通でした。ジャグジーのボタンが壊れていて動かなかった。お水も１つの場所しかなく、テルメとサウナ、お水の置いてる場所が全て違うので説明がなかったので分かりづらい。10時30分まで。近くにスーパーがある。送迎サービスが、あるなんて聞いてない。朝食は普通、シャンパンあり。 オムレツは別料金、サラダがなかった。 すぐ片付けられるので気を使いすぎ。 全体的に5星だと思わない方が良い、建物など素敵でしたがサービス、テルメは他のホテルの方がジャグジーも充実していてよかった、観光行くのにバス停まで結構歩く。タクシーで交渉でフォリオからホテルまで15€ イスキアポルト20€始め25€と言われたけど高いと言って安くなった。基本メーターはない。毎年来ていますが初めての観光、温泉なら観光地周辺でゆっくりした方がいい。

とにかく素敵なホテルでした。 お部屋もサービスもスパも申し分なかったです。 朝食の内容が素晴らしく、スパークリングワインも置いてありました。 ドルチェのレベルは相当高かったです。 ポートやバス停へのシャトル送迎もあるので、どこへ行くのも困りませんでした。 女子旅にぜひお勧めしたいです。

とても素晴らしいホテルです。 部屋も清潔感があり、広さもほどよく、ゆったり寛げます。 フロントの方も、つたない英語での質問責めに、快く対応していただき、本当にお世話になりました。 是非ともおすすめしたいホテルです。

Très propre , super service

A bit off the beaten path in Casa Micciola, this hotel was oustanding in every way. From decor( recently entirely renovated and it showed in glorious fashion. You felt like an honored guest Breakast buffet included plus eggs to order. The hotel offered shuttie & taxi service plus dining & bar at normal hours. The staff! From the bar to the dining to reception & concierge, your every need wss met the soa! Awesome. Rooftop snacks & bar, elegant pool. See photos.

Very comfortable stay, the hotel ground very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

One of our most amazing hotel stays. Truly a wellness paradise and the staff is just remarkable. Our 4 yr old daughter got sick and they went above and beyond to assist. The indoor thermal pool and outdoor pool was exceptional. We cant wait to return.

The balcony with view to the garden was incredibly beautiful - the breakfast excellent. The whole stay was really special.

Exceptional hotel and Spa. The staff is Very attentive and polite. The property is newly reformed and have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Worth it.

Beyond expectations, food and facilities were truly worth 5 stars. And above all, they treat you like family. Cannot wait to return!

This is a lovely spa - amazing people who run the hotel. In the shoulder season of October - it's not a super busy area and feels a little isolated. For spa treatments - superb! If you are looking for walking restaurants or any shopping - this is not the area. This is truly a 'spa' and so enjoy their many many treatments - because they really cater to you. Then take a taxi to the other areas for food, activity, shopping:)

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel (ca. 50 - 60 Zimmer) mit hochwertigem Mobiliar. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und professionell - man merkt die fundierte Ausbildung eines jeden. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr großzügig in der Raumaufteilung; Tische hatten genügend Abstand zueinander. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig (inkl. Sekt) - nie ging etwas aus bzw. wurde sofort nachbestückt. Zimmer sehr sauber / Reinigung wurde stichprobenartig kontrolliert. Pool mit Bar - ebenfalls hochwertig und ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Einziger Nachteil: Das Hotel liegt in einer Wohngegend, die nicht die beste Kulisse bietet. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant ist nur 200 m entfernt. Ansonsten muss man ca. 15 Minuten gehen, um die Touristenlokale / Carrentals etc. zu erreichen. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Am amazing experience. We were pampered and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. I’m only sorry we didn’t stay longer. I am recommending to everyone!!!

Det er et fint hotel, der har rigtig mange gode faciliteter! Forvent dog ikke wifi under dit ophold.
