予約と違う狭い部屋に通された。

ホテルの部屋もスタッフも素晴らしく、快適に過ごせました。季節の問題なのかロビーやベランダにハエがたくさん飛んでいて不快でした。環境はショッピングセンターも近くてよかったです。

建物は古いが改装されていて快適でした。水回りも広くシャワーでフロアも濡れることもなく、夜も静かでした。 朝食ではスタッフが勧めてくれた、チーズオムレツは熱々で提供してくれ、楽しい朝食でした。ただ、ホテルには関係ありませんが、残念なのはラマダンと日曜日ということで、店はほぼ閉まってました。

Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. Reception staff in the morning were ok but the afternoon and evening staff were not helpful or interested in doing their job when a major noise issued ocurred. Some hallways needed cleaning and their was no TV remote in the room. Not a hotel I would recommend especially given it's poor location.

Hôtel et chambre propres. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. L'hôtel est proche de la gare Casa Voyageurs (train à grande vitesse Al Boraq, trains vers Marrakech...) et des transports en commun ou taxi pour se déplacer.

Lovely place to stay. Staff very kind. Breakfast wasn't the best but ok.

Rooms were very small, hardly any space left to move around. The number of towels in the bathroom were inadequate, we had to ask for more. Bathroom supplies were inadequate and poor quality. We requested an early check in by sending them email twice. Didn’t get any response back and also we had to wait in the lobby for more than 4 hours.

It is great clean room, comfortable with excellent breakfast and staff like Oumaima and Aya and all other staff. We will definitely stay here again. The mall nearby is convenient for dinner for out of Towne.

Clean room, good service, parking was reserved on street but there was always someone there to accommodate you. Food was good, lava cake was excellent. Beautiful view from rooftop.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, and nice shower. the room had all of the amenities that I needed. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant were great. The breakfast was very decent. Location was excellent, right across from the Casa Voyageurs train station, and a mall within a short walking distance.

En dépit d’un personnel très sympathique et de la modernité de ses équipements, l’hôtel est surfait et trop cher en terme qualité-prix. Beaucoup trop excentré de tous les centres d’intérêt de Casablanca, il est très loin de la Grande mosquée Hassan II et du quartier des Habous, seuls points d’attraction touristique Bien que des « Petits taxis » soient disponibles à proximité, les courses sont chères et littéralement fixées « à la tête du client ». Les équipements de la chambre sont minimalistes : pas de patères d’accrochage dans la salle de bain, une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas correctement, impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres car beaucoup de moustiques… confinés dans la sale de bain Et le point le plus négatif est la restauration de l’hôtel au 11e étage, un rooftop sans intérêt avec vue sur les voies de chemin de fer et les toits délabrés des maisons environnantes : - Petit déjeuner dans une salle enfumée, machine à café fonctionnant mal, pas de pain frais… - Dîner à partir d’une carte dont, quelle que soit l’heure, les 3/5 des propositions ne sont pas disponibles, impossibilité d’avoir un yaourt en dessert alors que servis à volonté le matin au petit déjeuner, qualité médiocre… Conclusion : un hôtel à éviter car beaucoup trop cher / services rendus

Expedia doesn’t have good connections with t hotel. We were provided with a room with no sheet or towels. Have to complain to get them to change the room. They also have additional charges for so called local taxes. Be ware.

The room was excellent as well as the rooftop restaurant and just one block away from the train station
