The building and room were beautiful and this would have been one of our best hotel stays ever! But the bed was so hard and uncomfortable to the point we couldn't sleep and woke up with back issues (we're young adults, fit). We requested to change rooms the first morning but there wasn't any availability so we had to stay. Given the high price tag we paid for this stay we requested the hotel waive the mini bar purchases (5 items at $50) as a sign of understanding. Unfortunately, the staff didn't show any genuine interest about our concern, no follow ups or check-ins or even small signs of understanding, the fact we didn't sleep properly on our vacation in the city all 4 nights meant nothing to them. At check-out the receptionist even told us others have complained about the beds which we didn't see in any of the reviews (and why I'm sharing this here). Despite the receptionist saying they will waive the mini bar charges, they did not and upon returning home the hotel manager is gaslighting us by saying we didn't speak up and there is no record of our complaint - blatant lie. To summarize: beautiful property, just like the pictures, modern, clean, horrible beds and staff that couldn't care less.

My stay here was wonderful. I highly recommend Onto if you are traveling to Mexico City because it’s near everything. All you have to do is walk out your door and you’re welcomed by a nice neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I also felt super safe here and there is security 24/7. Diego and Chris at the front desk are wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely go back and stay at this location. The only downfall is that they don’t offer double bed options.

I would rate our overall experience as average to above average. Staff was not warm, the smoke alarm beeped all night and kept us up. Foul odor from shower.

We loved this room! It was cute, comfy, clean and smelled great. The location was ideal and we loved the rooftop garden- we had great views of the sunset each night.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was truly exceptional, with a 24-hour concierge available through WhatsApp who helped us with all our requests, including booking restaurants and activities, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. The property is new, spotless, and beautifully maintained. We stayed in the panoramic suite, which was absolutely stunning—it had breathtaking views and a modern, luxurious design. Highly recommend booking this suite for an unforgettable experience! The breakfast is minimal but still a thoughtful and pleasant touch to start the day. Overall, an outstanding experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

Did not received housekeeping service

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the nearby attractions, stores, and cafes. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Terminación y decoración impecable! Excelente servicio de personal! Centrico y de facil acceso a toda la ciudad

No air conditioning.

El departamento/habitación es cómodo y cumple con todas las amenidades. Lo único que nos tomó por sorpresa es que NO cuentan con aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Estuvimos a principios del mes de mayo y el calor nos puso en situación complicada ya que se tienen que dejar las ventanas abiertas, NO hay mosquiteros y evidentemente el ruido de la calle es un poco elevado.

Me salí en dos horas por qie no había aire acondicionado eso no me gustó

Excelente hotel y ubicación, totalmente nuevo, muy amplio, el único problema es que había mosquitos en la habitación, por lo que tuvimos que poner raid para quitarlos y si funcionó, deberían de revisar eso antes de entregar las habitaciones, pero aún así es muy buen hotel.

Staff was excellent

The ONTO property was very nicely appointed and the staff was beyond kind. The only big downside was it was very hot while we were there in March and there was no AC so we had to sleep with the windows open and it was super loud outside, especially at night. There's a club nearby and it was going all night long. Additionally, there were no screens on the windows so mosquitos got in and ate us alive all night.

Newer property had lots of space, comfy beds and attentive service. We felt so well cared for, especially by Elaina our maid. She was so attentive to details. The location is very walkable to restaurants in Roma Norte. A very wonderful stay. Highly recommended.
