Beautiful beach hotel with very friendly staff

If you wish NOT TO SLEEP. STAY HERE , LOUD MUSIC PLAYING UNTIL VERY LATE . DISSAPOINTING

Everything was great except that there was no Wifi in the room which seriously impacted my ability to do my required daily work. I don’t know how a hotel can expect a guest not to have wifi in the room in 2026. Will not return for this reason.

Staff food drinks and the property are beautiful, wonderful. Everything is very expensive though.

Clean, friendly and welcoming, incredibly comfortable beds, great food, wonderful therapeutic massage treatments, and serene tranquil vibe on the pristine beach. Can’t wait to return!

Nice hotel. Lacking amenities but looks like they might be building more. Unfortunately my AirPods were stolen from my room. I’ve been able to track them to Aldea Tulum off 377. No one was very helpful.

A beautiful view of the beach, air conditioning worked perfectly. Everything was very very, very nice with my beautiful wife to enjoy a beautiful weekend together.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing stay! Our stay in casa gitano Tulum was beyond incredible! The room had the most beautiful village-style design with a private pool and a stunning view of the ocean. Everything about this hotel was perfect — there’s truly nothing negative to say. I especially loved that there’s no TV, because it really lets you disconnect and connect with nature instead. It was peaceful, relaxing, and unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a magical Tulum experience! 🌴💫

Staff was great Era was so sweet and accommodating. The AC was the best in tulum. The beach was okay decent amount of seaweed.
