Attentive staff, good quality property

Incredible staff - friendly and thoughtful. The kids loved the pool and the kid-friendly happy hour. The resort was spotless.

EVERYTHING from the staff, location, grounds, and amenities were AMAZING! I can not say enough about this place! We had to leave after two nights for a family emergency and the staff helped us with everything! I was unable to get in charge with the golf cart company we rented from but the staff did. They booked excursions for us and even booked our sudden last minute flight home with tropic. We were late checking in by 4 days because of weather of Expedia tried charging us an additional $1000 for the date changes and the resort worked with us with no problems and didn’t charge us extra. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL! Danny and Titiana were extra helpful! We will be back!

Excellent customer service. Beautiful hotel

You can’t go wrong with Phoenix. What a great place to stay. Staff is excellent, on site food is delicious, amenities are top-notch and location is perfect. The best part, we were not treated like Expedia guests (which happened last year in Roatan). The place is great and staying anywhere else is just wrong.
