家族４人で５泊で利用しました。立地は中央駅から徒歩15分くらいです。ホテル周辺は落ち着いた環境で静かに過ごせました。スタッフは皆さん親切でフレンドリーで安心できます。部屋は清潔で問題なくWi-Fiも常時無料で利用できます。アメニティは歯ブラシ・カミソリ・スリッパもあります。エントランス含め館内全体がアロマのよい香りがしました。冷蔵庫にはミネラルウオーターが人数分あり毎日補充されます。（エスプレッソマシーンがありましたが使いこなせませんでした）朝食ビュッフェは品揃え十分でワッフルもあり。卵料理のみオーダー制です。作り手によって味が変わる点がユニークでした。味は問題なし。

ホテルはBrussels Noord駅から10分、グランプラスへも15分ぐらいでカルフールも近くにあり、便利な立地。ホテルも非常にきれいで、快適でした。トリプルで予約しましたが、ダブル２部屋になりました。シャワーやベッドもよかったです。ただし、Noord駅からホテルの周辺は少し汚い感じで、浮浪者もいたり、あまり治安が良いとは言えません。

2025年7月末に家族で利用 ■良かった点 ・鉄道駅、地下鉄駅からは少し歩くが、周囲は静かで近くにスーパーマーケットが2軒ある ・部屋が綺麗、アメニティが色々揃っている ・スリッパまである ・冷蔵庫もある ■気になった点 ・トイレ/バスルームと部屋の仕切りの扉がガラスで、うっかりすると部屋から恥ずかしい姿が見えてしまう

設備も新しく、朝食も非常に良かったです。

Fantastic hotel! Clean, cozy room. They paid great attention to detail designing this hotel and its rooms. Short ten minute walk to the Nord train station. Twenty minute walk to the Grand Place.

Really nice hotel

인터넷 속도 좋음. 조식도 맛있고 깔끔. 크로와상이 훌륭함. 객실 청결하고 편안함. 욕실 수압도 짱.

Propre, neuf ,grand et confortable. Personnels convivials et sympathiques. L'endroit est légèrement a l'exterieur du centre de la ville. Secteur avec beaucoup de commerces et bars. Petit bemol sur le prix du déjeuner qui sont beaucoup trop dispendieux et sur la porte de la salle de bain qui manque d'intimitée, surtout pour une chambre à 3 personnes, donc avec généralement 1 enfant. Pour le reste c'etait parfait.

We stayed at Hotel Liman for one night at the end of January. On the onset, it looked nice: modern, airy, pleasant staff and an overall welcoming atmosphere. However, later during the evening, problems started to emerge. One of the towels was dirty (we took a photo) with a brownish colour, looking like dried faeces. We only noticed this at around 10pm and by that time we were too tired to bother informing reception. As if that wasn't enough, some genius at the hotel had this bright idea (sarcastically speaking, of course) of turning the hotel ground floor lounge/restaurant into a discotheque. We kept hearing the muffled sound of music and throbbing vibrations all throughout the night till at least 6am!! At around 4.30am I informed the night receptionist about this, and he informed me that they will lower it down or turn it off completely - alas, it kept going on. I took a video of this for evidence. When we did the check out, we informed the morning receptionist about this unbearable noise and he confirmed our versions as even when he started his shift at 7am, the music was still going on. He did offer us a mere coffee and a (very buttery) croissant but that's nothing compared to the restless and uncomfortable night we had to endure at your hotel. It's a disgrace and it seems like we weren't the only guests complaining about this.

Courteous staff, clean room, good location and amenities

The service was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was lovely, the free WiFi was very fast, and the general architecture and interior of the hotel was very good, felt premium and pleasant. However there was not good soundproofing in my room (202) from the adjacent room. You could hear people talking in the adjacent room quite clearly, and at some point the sound of running water (as if someone was having a shower) was loud enough that it prevented me from sleeping. For this issue I have removed one star.
