家族４人で５泊で利用しました。立地は中央駅から徒歩15分くらいです。ホテル周辺は落ち着いた環境で静かに過ごせました。スタッフは皆さん親切でフレンドリーで安心できます。部屋は清潔で問題なくWi-Fiも常時無料で利用できます。アメニティは歯ブラシ・カミソリ・スリッパもあります。エントランス含め館内全体がアロマのよい香りがしました。冷蔵庫にはミネラルウオーターが人数分あり毎日補充されます。（エスプレッソマシーンがありましたが使いこなせませんでした）朝食ビュッフェは品揃え十分でワッフルもあり。卵料理のみオーダー制です。作り手によって味が変わる点がユニークでした。味は問題なし。

ホテルはBrussels Noord駅から10分、グランプラスへも15分ぐらいでカルフールも近くにあり、便利な立地。ホテルも非常にきれいで、快適でした。トリプルで予約しましたが、ダブル２部屋になりました。シャワーやベッドもよかったです。ただし、Noord駅からホテルの周辺は少し汚い感じで、浮浪者もいたり、あまり治安が良いとは言えません。

2025年7月末に家族で利用 ■良かった点 ・鉄道駅、地下鉄駅からは少し歩くが、周囲は静かで近くにスーパーマーケットが2軒ある ・部屋が綺麗、アメニティが色々揃っている ・スリッパまである ・冷蔵庫もある ■気になった点 ・トイレ/バスルームと部屋の仕切りの扉がガラスで、うっかりすると部屋から恥ずかしい姿が見えてしまう

設備も新しく、朝食も非常に良かったです。

Had an excellent time at The Liman Hotel. The breakfast was delicious and flavoursome and the staff were very friendly. Location was great, I would definitely visit again!

Muy buen hotel! Todo está muy limpio y bonito. Lo único malo fue el baño ya que las puertas son transparentes y si viajas con tu familia es muy incómodo.

I arrived at this hotel for a 5 night stay as a home base in Belgium. My room was 26 degrees, in May. I had not slept for 30 hours and all I wanted was to sleep. I turned on the AC and the temperature rose from 26 to 28. I went to the front desk and they informed me that AC is not on this time of year (it's May) and to open my windows and turn the AC off. The temperature stayed around 27 degrees (around 80.) I went 3 hours later to the front desk and the assured me maintenance would be there in 30 minutes. Maintenance did not do anything. I did not sleep. Also, the bathrooms are "wet rooms" where the shower water covers the floor by the sink and toilet. This is not what you want when using the restroom at night... My temperature stayed above 26.5 the entire night with the windows open hearing the very busy traffic noise. In the morning, I checked out and moved to the Marriott. The hotel never contacted me nor gave me any refund or credit or apology. The front desk worker was nice and the restaurant bar was nice but that's about it. The location is slightly sketchy and not nice looking. I paid $1000 for 1 sleepless night. This is the single worst hotel experience I have ever had. Instead, I recommend the Grand Place Marriott which was infinitely better in terms of location and comfort.

Bathroom needs to have some privacy as it’s transparent glass walls.

La camera tripla molto bella e pulita, staff moltogentile e disponibile. L'unico problema la porta del bagno trasparente in corrispondenza del wc che essendo in tre nella stessa stanza non permette alcuna privacy nel momento di andare in bagno

Perfect stay at Liman Hotel. Clean, quiet and just really nicely designed. Nice location too. Would recommend to anyone visiting Brussels.

The location appears to be in an area that is in progress, it is a bit out of central Brussels but easily accessible by tram which is right outside the door. Breakfast was good (extra cost), although we weren’t charged for my granddaughter on one day then charged the next, got a bit of attitude from the waitress when confronted. Weird issue with the credit card being declined at check in. The restaurant/bar is noisy at night but we couldn’t hear it in our room. Beds were comfortable and coffee, tea and water provided. Room was always too warm, luckily the window opened. Bathroom was spacious. Overall a decent stay.
