Excelente ubicación, personal siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar, cercano al centro histórico a tiendas , supermercados y restaurantes incluído la compra del chip para el teléfono, habitación cómoda solo que no tiene agua caliente pero todo lo demás está súper bien, muy agradecida desde Panamá, hotel recomendado

Personal correcto y atento. Primera vez en todos mis viajes : es un hotel SIN AGUA CALIENTE. No estaba “ rota” , NO TIENE.

Very safe and clean hotel. Water pressure was very low in shower but everything else was very good. The ladyvat front desk I believe her name was Irene, very friendly and helpful. They provide a very tasty complimentary coffee.

We felt very safe at this hotel, they did hold a parking spot for us in front of the hotel, which was very nice, the bed could’ve been a little softer. It was a little firm. We couldn’t run the shower along the bathroom, would flood.

Staff & services were great but to noisy you can hear everything across the street and on the other rooms.

You can stay any where, but you won’t find great costumer service just anywhere. This place has it. From the security guy at the door being so kind to the front desk gentleman. Great experience over all. I’d definitely stay again

Not too bad the distance from the hotel to Centro Historico.
