Hotel staff customer service is excellent from checkin, the house keeping and the bar staff at the roof top pool side. Kelso and Shelly was excellent. The hotel is close lovely restaurants like thr smoke house and morning staff, trip on the boat to blu lagoon was really good.

Positiv: - Super Lage, um überall hinzukommen und die Insel zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants, Promenade und Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. - Schönes Hotel, große Zimmer, sauber, tolle Dusche. - Schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool. Negativ: - Einige Schulklassen waren da, die sich beim Frühstück nicht so benommen haben und den ganzen Pool-Bereich eingenommen haben. - Generell zu wenig Plätze am Pool, aber ab nachmittags findet man meistens was. - Fernbedienung für Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Schalter/Elektrik generell nicht auf deutschem Standard. - Service kam beim Frühstück nicht hinterher, Geschirr aufzufüllen. Speisen hätten auch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können, aber für eine Woche war es für uns in Ordnung.

Pool not opening till 10 and the gym 8 is not helpful if you want to work out before going out for the day or to work. Restaurant closing at 6 on the room seems silly also given the view!

I loved how comfortable the bed was! The room was very clean and I absolutely loved the rooftop bar and swimming pool - the bar was serving outstanding food and cocktails , the sunbeds were super comfi, the swimming pool was delightful and the overall ambiance was stylish and sophisticated! I would happily return

The room was great, the indoor pool was good. The outdoor pool was horrible. As a solo traveller it's near impossible to get a sun bed and you have no control of the umbrella if you do get a bed, so if you want to work on your tan, go somewhere else. The customer service was awful. Extremely difficult to put any food/drink on your room (maybe it's easier if you book direct with the hotel rather than via an operator?) The evening restaurant dinner was disappointing and not worth the price.

The room and common facilities are quite new and finished to a nice standard. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, though the shower has a noticeable design flaw that causes it to constantly flood the bathroom floor. The hotel is also in an excellent location, with plenty of restaurants, transport links, and groceries right on the doorstep. Unfortunately, the service and management fell well short of expectations for a Novotel. We arrived to check in at the designated time (2:00 PM) only to be told our room wasn't ready. When we pushed back and noted that this wasn't acceptable, a room was suddenly available, with the receptionist claiming it just hadn't updated on their system yet. The leisure facilities are structurally nice, but the pool area was extremely crowded. This could be because management allows non-guests to pay a fee to use it, which ruins the experience for paying hotel residents. Furthermore, when we asked for beach towels, we were abruptly told that taking towels off the premises isn't allowed. Overall, it was a nice stay and the property had great hardware and a strong location, but the hospitality was slightly below expectation.

Quiet location in Sliema. Modern Hotel with fantastic amenities. The Pool was one of the best i have ever visited on vacations, with views over the city. The room was spacious, modern, with a nice view. Staff was fantastic and helped with any request we had. Our flight left before the breakfast buffet opened so they even provided us with freshly made sandwiches and fruit, that we can take with us and eat on the road.

Myself and two friends stayed here for 7 nights and stayed in a room with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Let’s talk about the facilities first. Before I booked this hotel I made sure it had a heated pool, but when we went to use the indoor facilities it was evident that the pool is not heated in the slightest. In fact, the “ice” bath was warmer than the pool and jacuzzi, and this is not a joke or exaggeration. We spent more time sitting in the ice bath than we did the main pool because of how much warmer it was. Considering the indoor pool had such a loud consistent noise going on in the background, you’d think the pool would be heated. Not to mention the excessive chlorine usage which stings your eyes as soon as you walk through the pool doors, surely not meeting regulations, if they even have them in Malta. Also wanting to mention, the pool water was not clean, and needs to be filtered more, not just packed with chlorine. The staff at the indoor pool had no idea why or if the pool would get heated at any point, and they were nowhere to be seen in the actual pool area at all, which resulted in a poor guy slipping and hitting his lower back extremely hard, because nobody was mopping up the excessive amounts of water on the floor. I do want to mention though that they had someone regularly mopping the floor at the outdoor pool, which also wasn’t heated, and was absolutely freezing. Longer review on Google.

Lovely clean and modern room! The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming! Property location is ideal with boat and ferry rides a short walk away, and plenty of local restaurants nearby.

Séjour en famille très agréable, le personnel était très sympa, l’hôtel est proche du port donc pratique et la piscine sur le toit est parfaite ( celle à l’intérieur un peu moins)

Location: 5 minutes slow walk to and from the airport bus station. Surrounded by restaurants. 20 minutes slow walk to the Sliema Ferry terminal to Valletta and/or Sliema city centre. Room: big rooms, large size beds, decent TV screen, kettle, hairdryer, fridge, and excellent shower. Only thing to add is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled. Few button presses, you can switch it off. Customer service is ok and staff are polite. Restaurant and bar within the hotel. Noise: you can hear noise if you are unlucky to have a room next door to a noisy neighbour. You can hear banging of doors. You can also hear when the cleaning team are tidying in adjacent rooms.

Das Zimmer was sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Leider war das Frühstücksbuffet viel zu klein für die Anzahl an Gästen.
