Myself and two friends stayed here for 7 nights and stayed in a room with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Let’s talk about the facilities first. Before I booked this hotel I made sure it had a heated pool, but when we went to use the indoor facilities it was evident that the pool is not heated in the slightest. In fact, the “ice” bath was warmer than the pool and jacuzzi, and this is not a joke or exaggeration. We spent more time sitting in the ice bath than we did the main pool because of how much warmer it was. Considering the indoor pool had such a loud consistent noise going on in the background, you’d think the pool would be heated. Not to mention the excessive chlorine usage which stings your eyes as soon as you walk through the pool doors, surely not meeting regulations, if they even have them in Malta. Also wanting to mention, the pool water was not clean, and needs to be filtered more, not just packed with chlorine. The staff at the indoor pool had no idea why or if the pool would get heated at any point, and they were nowhere to be seen in the actual pool area at all, which resulted in a poor guy slipping and hitting his lower back extremely hard, because nobody was mopping up the excessive amounts of water on the floor. I do want to mention though that they had someone regularly mopping the floor at the outdoor pool, which also wasn’t heated, and was absolutely freezing. Longer review on Google.

Lovely clean and modern room! The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming! Property location is ideal with boat and ferry rides a short walk away, and plenty of local restaurants nearby.

Séjour en famille très agréable, le personnel était très sympa, l’hôtel est proche du port donc pratique et la piscine sur le toit est parfaite ( celle à l’intérieur un peu moins)

Location: 5 minutes slow walk to and from the airport bus station. Surrounded by restaurants. 20 minutes slow walk to the Sliema Ferry terminal to Valletta and/or Sliema city centre. Room: big rooms, large size beds, decent TV screen, kettle, hairdryer, fridge, and excellent shower. Only thing to add is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled. Few button presses, you can switch it off. Customer service is ok and staff are polite. Restaurant and bar within the hotel. Noise: you can hear noise if you are unlucky to have a room next door to a noisy neighbour. You can hear banging of doors. You can also hear when the cleaning team are tidying in adjacent rooms.

Das Zimmer was sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Leider war das Frühstücksbuffet viel zu klein für die Anzahl an Gästen.

In einer ruhigen Seitengasse gelegenes Hotel. Zentral gelegen mit guter Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In der nähe befinden sich die ganzen Anlegeplätze der Ausflugsboote und jede Menge guter Restaurant mit echt günstigen Preise. Weiter befindet sich auf der Dachterrasse ein Pool. Frühstück ist auch ausreichend mit sehr guten Kaffee. Die Zimmer und Betten sind groß und sauber, das Bad ist ebenfalls groß mit einer modernen Dusche. Das Personal ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir waren 4 Personen und würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

De hotelkamer is ruim en schoon en de douche in de badkamer is erg fijn. De spa vonden wij ook leuk en mooi, maar het buitenzwembad was erg koud. Qua locatie is dit hotel ook ideaal, op 15 minuten lopen zit de ferry naar valetta en in de buurt van het hotel zitten genoeg restaurants. Wij hadden geen ontbijt genomen, maar hebben dit elke dag gehaald bij panina, wat tegenover het hotel zit. Hier heb je echt de lekkerste betaalbare broodjes. Als wij weer naar Malta gaan, boeken wij dit hotel weer.

Sehr gute Lage, schönes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern. Allerdings dafür ,dass das Hotel relativ neu ist, sind die Geräte im Fitnessstudio leider sehr schlecht.

Very clean and spacipus rooms, great showers. Breakfast was good, with lot of options. Poolarea is beautiful, with comfortable chairs and great views. Location is also good, with easy access to busses, Valletta, Ferry. Several good restaurants nearby.

Mon avis sur le Novotel Sliema est mitigé. Si l'infrastructure et l'emplacement sont à la hauteur, la communication et l'organisation laissent sérieusement à désirer. Les points positifs : - Hôtel moderne et très propre. - Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Sliema, la Valette et Malte. Les points négatifs (Expérience client décevante) : - Le manque de réactivité et de coordination du personnel a rythmé notre séjour : - Arrivée frustrante : Plusieurs messages envoyés en amont pour réserver une navette aéroport sont restés sans réponse. - Gestion du restaurant : J'ai réservé par message un buffet spécial pour Pâques. On m'a confirmé la réservation par écrit, mais une fois sur place, aucune trace de notre nom sur la liste. - Logistique incohérente : Pour notre départ, nous avons commandé une navette pour 4 personnes avec bagages. L'hôtel a envoyé une petite citadine. Nous avons dû jouer à "Tetris" avec les valises pour réussir à s'installer. Service après-vente inexistant : Depuis notre départ, je sollicite l'hôtel par message pour obtenir la facture du repas de Pâques payé sur place. Je n'ai, à ce jour, aucune réponse. En résumé : Un bel hôtel physiquement, mais une gestion administrative et humaine qui n'est pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles. Si vous n'avez besoin de rien, tout se passera bien.

Allt är jättebra, men duschdraperiet räcker inte till, så det blir blött utanför när man duschar.

Hotellet var fullsatt, med långa köer till frukost och otillräckliga sittplatser. Trots att det sades att detta hotell var för familjer fanns det bara små bord med två platser i hela frukostmatsalen. Rummet var inte städat ordentligt, fanns fläckar på borden som aldrig torkades och badrummet luktade avlopp. Meddelade receptionen två gånger om lukten och de lovade fixa det med lukten kom tillbaka. Äckligt! Vattenkokaren hade små rostprickar och även det hade jag meddelat personalen men en till vattenkokare med rostprickar ersatte den första. Så att det blev inget te eller kaffe för mig på rummet. Bastudelen med inomhuspoolen var väldigt liten och barn hoppade in i bassängen och skvätte vatten på alla runtomkring och deras skrik ekade i hela rummet. Inte alls en avslappnande område. Något trevligt var takterrassen med pool och bar.

Bra nybyggt hotell med stora rum. Plus för inomhuspool och pool på taket. Dock extremt mycket folk på frukosten.
