スタッフの方々が親切で、ゆっくり英語を話してくれました。ディズニーに行くため荷物を預けた際には笑顔で対応してくださり、とても癒されました。お部屋も広くて清潔でした。かなり良いホテルです！

部屋にドライヤーがなかったが、フロントに聞いたらすぐに貸してくれました。 お部屋の掃除は5泊目からだと聞きました。タオルは自分でフロントまで持って行って交換をします。 清潔感のあるホテルで、受付の人はみんな優しかったです。

Our apartment was so big and the kitchenette was so helpful to have. The location was great, with a few minutes walk to Val d’Europe shopping mall and the train station.

Sengen var behagelig og værelset en god størrelse. Hvis man manglede toiletpapir, skulle man blot spørge. Der var til gengæld ikke særlig mange køkkenredskaber. Ingen køkkenknive, præcis antal af bestik, tallerkener osv. til gæsterne.

Apartamento amplo, com 2 quartos, 2 banheiros e uma sala ampla. Sentimos falta de alguns utensílios na cozinha.

Great location, comfortable bed

We really enjoyed our stay here on a trip to Disneyland Paris. The room was spacious and modern, with lots of storage space. The kitchen area provided a good sized fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and toaster. The location is ideal, just a five minute walk from the train station and the shopping mall. It’s also only 1 mile from Disneyland so you could either walk or take the short train journey along. The price was also pretty good compared to other places we’ve stayed around Val d’Europe which didn’t offer as many room facilities as this hotel.

La chambre était spacieuse et récente. Sa position était très interessante car à proximité de nombreux commerces et de Disneyland Paris. Le prix est tout à fait raisonnable par rapport aux hôtels aux alentours ! Nous ne pouvons juger ni le petit-déjeuner ni la piscine car nous n’avons pas essayé.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception, the staff responded with an arrogant attitude and never followed up or offered any solution. In addition, the bathroom door could not be locked, and the TV was unable to connect to Wi-Fi. After informing the staff, they casually admitted that these problems had already existed for several weeks, yet there seemed to be no intention to repair or address them. Overall, the service and maintenance standards of this hotel are unacceptable. Absolutely not recommended.

Really lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Stayed with my daughter for Disney trip. Was excellent location near the RER train station. Staff were friendly. The swimming pool is small but was good facility to offer and we used a couple times. Great restaurants nearby and also Val d'Europe shopping centre and sealife which we went to on a downtime day. We would definitely stay again and I'd highly recommend to anyone especially those going to Disneyland Paris

Het was een mooi, ruim appartement met veel licht door grote raampartijen. Dichtbij metro, dus perfect voor bezoek aan Disneyland (1 halte).

The property is in a brilliant location 50 feet on the left in next street is a supermarket cross at the pedestrian crossing and walk along street for minutes and you will be at the red train station with the bus station behind on both sides of the road there is shops bakeries restaurants and cafes walk past the rer station for minutes and you will enter the shopping centre the apartment block is done on an art deco theme bright and clean the lift is very efficient our 2 bedroom apartment had a really big bathroom with walk in shower and an extra toilet both bedrooms were doubles and a double sofa bed a kitchen with everything you need fridge freezer microwave kettle the staff are very pleasant you would be hard pressed to find a better place

Albergo bello, pulito, camere grandi con soffiti alti molto areate,un sugerimento per la struttura... allmeno una botiglia di acqua in frigo per piacere.Per il resto tutto ok, non ha ristorante quindi per pranzo o eventuale cena dovete vedere nelle vicinanze.

The room and location were both excellent. I will explain my 4 star rating as I am an extremely picky person and hard to please, and most people would find their stay to be 5 star. The POSITIVES: 1) Big room with 2 bedrooms and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. 2) Electric blackout blinds: a totally dark room at night makes a huge difference to good sleep. 3) Silent room: extremely important to my family. I suffer from a chronic illness and good sleep is the only thing that gives me any relief. 4) Great air con: The last thing I want is to be uncomfortable, especially with a young child. The air con is a luxury that I appreciate. 5) Location: within a stone's throw of the huge mall (Val D' Europe) and multiple restaurants and a convenience shop on the same block. Very useful especially for families with children. Things that they can IMPROVE (some are just my preference): 1) A safe I the room would be ver useful, as I was nervous leaving our passports and risking losing them at the parks was not a great prospect. 2) They should make shampoo/conditioner dispensers and hair dryers available both in the rooms, and in the pool changing areas. 3) The pool was very cold, even in June. 4) The music at the reception was consistently rap and R&B, accompanied by an ugly looking speaker they had on the floor. This made the hotel feel cheap, as they can easily have integrated speakers into the walls and have more neutral music playing. Overall, 8/10 for comfort.

Everyone that we interacted with we great, obviously we had a little language barrier but they all spoke English very well, which was great because i do not know enough French. Location is very close to the train station which can get you almost anywhere in the Paris area. For Americans: They have no ice machines. we had a fridge/freezer in our room and we used paper cups to make ice that fit perfectly into our water bottles.

Excellent location with convenient access to both Paris and the Disney Parks by train, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

Die Lage zum Disneyland war sehr gut. Das Zimmer und Bad waren gut geschnitten geräumig. Gereinigt wurde nicht jeden Tag. Am Empfang war das Einchecken nicht so einfach wenn man nicht englisch spricht. Das Hotel war auch schwer zu finden, da am Eingang ein anderer Name dran steht.
