増築中だったからなのか、部屋は3階でしたが、エレベーターがなくスーツケース運ぶのも一苦労でした。部屋も配線が剥き出しだったり、バスタオル一枚のみでハンドタオル、フェイスタオルもありませんでした。 ユニットバスでしたが、お風呂の仕切りのカーテンがなく水が飛び散らないようかなり気を遣って入りました。 完全に出来上がれば分かりませんが、少なくとも今はおすすめは全くしません。

Breakfast minimal and bland

Stayed here twice within a month! Each time was worth it. Love the staff and the location.

The property management team is polite and accommodating. Due to last minute changes in my trip, they were more than willing to accommodate my reservation alterations with no questions asked. I will DEFINITELY continue to use them as my primary hotel when traveling to Guyana for business.

I arrived at the hotel before check-out due to my flight delays and I couldn't get to the hotel on May 21 so arrived in the morning before check out and I was told that I cannot check in and was not reimbursed for the stay.

The staff and accommodation were excellent.

A modern, efficient, and quiet air conditioning system ensures the room stays perfectly cool, which is a massive plus after a long day of exploring. To top it off, the staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with local recommendations, making the entire experience seamless from check-in to checkout.

Both Dylan and Rachel very helpful. Breakfast needs a lot of work (sausage nearly every day) some fried cassava, sweet potatoes. Tennis rolls with cheese, butter flap. Come on guys

The air conditioning was great. The breakfast was okay but repetitive

Property is currently under construction this was not stated upon booking as such breakfast was prepacked. However, its condition is clean and is still accommodating.

Upon entering, the concierge had a smile on her face and greeted us promptly. She had my paperwork already prepped so checking in was a breeze. She then directed us to our room but showing it to us personally which we appreciated. The fridge had juice, soda and water stocked in it& the AC was already on (it was very hot outside). The only thing that I really wished was that the pool was filled, which is wasn’t because we only stayed the night, I would’ve liked the kids to enjoy it better. & the front desk did take long to respond via WhatsApp- However, overall it was a clean nice friendly place & we will definitely be rebooking!

The front desk staff were all polite, eager to help, supportive and enthusiastic about doing a great job. The room was clean and the AC kept me cool.

My husband and I stayed for an extended period of time. It was our first time at the Bel Air hotel and our experience was very pleasant. Rachel, Dylan, Josiah, Rose, Naleta, and especially Devika were all super wonderful! They were very friendly, helpful and extremely accomodating at all times. They did their very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible and we greatly appreciate their efforts and kindness. Kudos to the owner as well for ensuring that our needs were met. I would definitely be back. Thanks guys!

My family and I would like to say a Big thank you to all the staffs, especially Devika and Rachel, they were very helpful and always willingly get us whatever we needed. Not to mention this kind young man Dillon who was always very thoughtful and kind to my mother by turning on her television and finding her channels she liked. It’s the little things like this that made our stay there feel a little like home. Our room was great, bathroom was nice and spacious. Our airport pickup and ride to the hotel was wonderful because the driver Mr Bachus, took the time to drive us around the town for a little sight seeing before taking us to the hotel. That was really a wonderful bonus. Plus great location for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.
