Super bonito, la piscina esta en remodelación pero nos facilitaron transporte y nos llevaron a una cercana del mismo hotel. Todos muy amables.

Excelente opción en Bayahibe, el hotel extremadamente limpio y el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy rico, quizás las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero tienen todo lo necesario, además hay descuento en los restaurantes soficu que también están excelentes y con muy buena vista al mar, otra ventaja es que está a unos metros de dónde salen las embarcaciones, si estamos de nuevo en Bayahibe regresamos a Soficu On the Beach, Gracias.

Elegimos este hotel por su excelente ubicación en el centro de Bayahibe, a escasos metros de la costa donde se encuentran todos los restaurantes y punto de salida para la isla Saona. El hotel parece que ha sido construido o reformado hace muy poco, y calidad-precio es una ganga. Las habitaciones son tal como se ven en las fotos, las camas cómodas y limpias, asi como las toallas y el resto de la habitación. Nos ha encantado el desayuno, con un zumo natural de chinola (maracuyá) de infarto.. para terminar algo muy común en República Dominicana es la amabilidad del personal, y en este caso así ha sido con creces. Os recomiendo reservar con ellos el viaje a isla Saona y no arriesgar con gente que ofrece este tour por el pueblo.

The bedroom was nice, but the outlets didnt work and the bathtub water was crazy it pass from cool from hot in seconds. There was a lot of noise very early in the morning, because they were remodeling and start to work too ealy. The pool was empty and they never mentioned before arrival, so it was really frustrated and because of the remodelation there was a lot of dust and my husband develop an alergic. The place was dirty. If they clean the place and finish the remodeling, i think would be a nice place. The bedroom has ocean view, really beautiful and is located near to several restaurants with good food. The beach is 15 min walking and you can take tours to others island thar are nearby.

Hotel en infraestructura muy bonito y en un lugar muy céntrico ! Lo único es que deben tener un desayuno más variado y que sustente al huésped. El personal excelente, recomiendo hacer los Tours

Un hotel fabuloso!! Está en una zona perfecta, al lado del puerto y de los centros de buceo. Las camas son súper cómodas y la habitación bastante amplia, con todas las comodidades. Sí volviéramos a Bayahíbe, sin duda nos quedaríamos de nuevo en el hotel. Su personal es muy amable y están dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que se necesita

Friendly staff

Excelente hotel, perfectamente ubicado en Bayahíbe. La atención es excelente, las habitaciones muy cómodas y la comida riquísima. Muy recomendable alojarse aquí.

Teníamos reserva y cuando llegamos tenian overbooking y no había habitaciones. Nos derivaron a unas habitaciones en un edificio de aliado, espantoso, sin cuidados y mal olor

Al parecer a penas hubo cambio de administración, pero no es excusa ya que tuve muchos temas malos, el día del check in, a los 10 min de entrega de habitación pedí cambio pues la puerta del baño arrastraba y no cerraba, a la que me cambiaron no servía el extractor de olores del baño, el botón de la caja del EC se atoraba y había que abrir para destrabar, la regadera moja el baño, un día no me hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, otro día no había agua caliente, cubiertos del desayuno sucios u oxidados, opciones de desayuno incluido muy escasas y te lo sirven con mala presentación. Personal del restaurante no está atento a la llegada de comensales, muy poca loza para servir alimentos no son suficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes y hay que esperar a que desocupen y los medio laven…. En fin…. Tengo fe en que el nuevo Gerente saque adelante el lugar, tiene un gran reto.

Terrible from the moment of arrival! You have to walk down the road to their restaurant to pay by card as the one at reception doesn't work! A known problem they have that they haven't bothered to fix. The room we booked was the upgraded one and the toilet was broken, the sink tap was loose, cracked tiles, new plug sockets didn't work. The breakfast is a joke! There is only 5 tables so get up early or you don't have a seat! All different varieties of cheap plastic. Not enough staff and you need to ask for everything, no kind of organisation at all. No sign of a manager or supervisor of any sort. It's badly run hotels like these that give the area a bad name! Shame on the owner

Breakfast included wasn’t amazing… eggs, bread/ham w fruits. Staff doesn’t all speak English. The hotel isn’t right on the beach- probably 10mins walk. Beach does have a lot of glass around / need to be careful. Great restaurants around.

Friendly and helpful staff good and secure parking close to everything. Although they did say they had bar service it was extremely limited. But of course, you could walk across the street and bring your Own and sit by the pool.

Stayed as a single person for 1 night. The property seems to be renovated recently and it’s like the pictures shown. Clean rooms and overall a good place to stay. I gave it 4 star because the rooms are not sound proof and the room I had was close to the reception so there was a lot of noise
