Excellent séjour au BRIT Hôtel d'Alençon c'est la deuxième ce mois-ci et je reviendrai ! Le personnel est très professionnel, l'hôtel est calme et propre et les chambres sont très confortables.

Tout aurait été parfait si un retard à l’ouverture du petit déjeuner ne m’avait pas privé de celui-ci. Résultat : juste un café vite bu avant de partir mais cela ne m’empêchera pas de revenir.

Very convenient as a stopover on my way south as just off autoroute. Check in was very easy, room was clean and suitably appointed although bathroom smelt of damp and this could be looked at. I didn’t have breakfast but good to have a bar to get a drink at the end of a long, hot day.

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel bien rénové. Chambre climatisée , un luxe durant cette période de canicule.

La chambre et le service étaient bien. En revanche, la climatisation était réglée au maximum à notre arrivée, transformant la pièce en congélateur. Un dosage plus modéré serait plus agréable (et plus écologique !).

Overnight stop on journey to Spain. Friendly staff at reception were very helpful. Room is fresh and clean. Great night sleep on great bed. Air conditioning great. Breakfast had a wide selection of foods to suit everyone. 40 minute walk into town. Easy parking.

Great hotel for a stop over night or two, 15 to 20 minutes walk from the centre, however i must point out how great the staff were, couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, exceptionally clean and well looked after hotel

Un bon hôtel, c'est propre, l'accueil chaleureux, le petit déjeuner est bien. Je mettrais deux points en négatif dont un qui pourrait encore être amélioré : - Chambre un peu petites en rapport au tarif de l'hôtel. - Places de parking trop étroites, c'est vraiment pour se prendre des coups de portières. Il vaut mieux sacrifier 5 places et avoir de la place.
