Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, there were multiple issues that made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. The room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable hygiene issues that made me uncomfortable. Basic amenities were either missing or not working properly, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected and poorly maintained. Customer service was equally disappointing. Staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving concerns when they were raised. Communication was poor, and it felt like guest comfort was not a priority. Noise levels were also a major problem, making it difficult to rest, and the overall atmosphere did not feel welcoming or professional. For the price paid, I expected much better standards. I would strongly advise future travellers to read recent reviews carefully, ask detailed questions before booking, and consider alternative hotels nearby. A hotel can make or break your trip—and unfortunately, this one made it much harder to enjoy. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and makes significant improvements.

Location impressive. Easy access to transport. Lively atmosphere and wonderfully for sports fans.

There was no toilet Seat, you couldnt close the window so the room was Full of dirt from the construction site next to the Hotel
