The hotel is right in front of Market Square, so it was easy to catch the bus and shop. The room was comfortable and the support was very helpful. Thank you.

I can be relaxed, because the room was clean. There was a good supply of crockery, and a hairdryer. Laundry was available at no extra charge. A pantry attached to the laundry allowed us to quickly replenish what we ran out of. In front of this hotel, there is a supermarket and a microwave and fridge were provided in the room, which also helped to keep food costs down. There was also a nifty service where you could take photos and develop them on the spot with an Instax in the room. I was so satisfied. 部屋がきれいで快適に過ごせました。食器が充実していて、ドライヤーあり、ランドリーも追加料金なし、ランドリーに併設されているパントリーで足りなくなったものはすぐに補充することができました。目の前に、スーパーがあり、レンジと冷蔵庫が部屋についているので、食費を安く抑えることもできました。チェキが部屋についていて写真を撮ってその場で現像できるという粋なサービスも♪大満足です。

It's an interesting concept and well executed. There's no front desk or lobby; instead there's good automated communications via email, WhatsApp, etc. My little studio was pretty nice. I especially liked the locally sourced furniture and other items. But ultimately I didn't love my one night stay. The room are nice, but the building is older. There's a single, smallish elevator that can't handle the traffic when the property is busy. Lines frequently form. Not too bad to take the stairs, if you are on a lower floor and without much luggage, but if the opposite, be prepared to wait. The automated luggage room doesn't have enough lockers to store your stuff after check-out completely safely. If you want to open a window for fresh air, you need a special tool, but it only exists in a common area and might not be there when you want it -- so at least two extra trips out of your room just to try to open the window. Bob W. stands for "best of both worlds" and, while there are many nice things about this innovative property, I think I prefer a more traditional hotel.

Our room at Bob W was great and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved all of the little extras, like yoga mats and a free subscription to online yoga.

Hyvä sijainti

This was my first visit in Bob W, but not the last :) It took me a bit of effort and time to learn and apply the non-key system. Because of the many e-mails from hotels.com and Bow W I did not find the link to the guest area easily (and I couldn't find it via the Hotels.com app either.) But after I fond the e-mail with the link everything worked fine. I especially appreciate the frequent communication by Bob W via Whatsapp making sure eveything was fine with my stay.

Todella mukava huone ja nopea ja

Es war alles super. Die Lage, der Komfort, die Sauberkeit. Ausser Bodylotion, war alles in super Qualität vorhanden, sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine und ein Trockner standen zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Es gab auch tollen Kaffee, den man sich morgens aufbrühen konnte. Die Kommunikation hat auch bestens funktioniert. Es gab nur keine Geschirrtücher. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

Exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well thought through amenities. Make sure to read about parking because it is not visible and you may think it is hard to park.

Ruhig und angenehm. Die beiden Fläschchen mit dem Raumduft habe ich aus dem Zimmer verbannt. Dann brannten meine Augen endlich nicht mehr. Der Grund für diese Parfümierung war ein schlecht konstruierter Abfluss aus dem es faulig roch. (Siehe Bild). Es wäre besser diesen Konstruktionsfehler zu beheben als den schlechten Geruch mit Parfüm zu übertünchen.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. We appreciated the free luggage storage room. We didn’t receive our code to get into our room, but customer service fixed the issue quickly.

Loistavalla paikalla siisti ja rauhallinen itsepalveluhotelli. Aamiainen lähikahvilassa (voi valita Fazerin tai toisen kahvilan väliltä).

Mukava ja siisti huone, kirjautuminen helppoa. Huoneen tuotteet, kuten kahvi, tee ja wc:n muotoilutuotteet olivat positiivinen yllätys!

The surrounding area in Turku added even more to the experience. With cafés, riverside paths, and just the right balance of urban buzz and green corners, it felt like a place you could truly settle into. It actually reminded me a lot of Tapiola in Espoo—another neighborhood that blends convenience and calm in a way that’s hard to find. Both areas are walkable, well-designed, and full of character, offering easy access to culture, food, and nature without. In short, Bob W Turku delivers boutique hospitality with a warm local feel, and if you’ve ever enjoyed a stroll through Tapiola, you’ll feel right at home in this part of Turku too. I

Ihana yöpyminen, kaunis ja tilava huone!

Huoneisto oli loistava kahden lapsen kanssa matkustaessa! Huoneistossa oli hyvä varustelu, mukavat vuoteet ja kaikki toimi hienosti. Ekstraplussaa kahdesta kylpyhuoneesta! Olimme pyytäneet ennakkoon lasten sängyn, jonka perusteella huoneistoon oli tuotu myös syöttötuoli. Sijainti oli erinomainen hyvien palveluiden keskellä, myös lapset rakastivat seurata bussiliikennettä ikkunoista. Ilmastointi oli melko tehokas/äänekäs, mutta viileässä nukuimme hyvin.

Kun selvittiin alun epäselvyyksistä (tarvitaanko henkkarin kopiota yms) niin kaikki sujui upeasti. Paikka oli aivan loistavalla paikalla, siisti, puhdas ja kodikas

Yhteydenpito hotellin kanssa oli helppoa. Huomioitavaa on, että ensisijaisesti yhteydenpito tapahtui englanniksi. Asiakaspalveluun soittaessa saa kuitenkin halutessaan suomea puhuvan asiakaspalvelijan. Sijainti oli mainio ja hotelli oli rauhallinen. Ehdottomasti kävisin uudestaan. Mukava yllätys oli, että huoneessa oli polaroid kamera jota sai käyttää vapaasti.
