Es un lugar increíble, cenotes, alberca, naturaleza, comida rica, personal amable! Fue un poco difícil de llegar, pero vale completamente la pena!!!!! Simplemente hermoso

Favorite place in the world

We chose Xuux Peek primarily as a way to break up the drive back from Merida to Cancun Airport for a noon flight, but with the hopes of a night of serenity to ease us out of our 10-day trip. I found other reviews to be helpful and accurate... the fully covered senote was amazing and felt like walking onto a set of Mandalorian - BUT not swimmable. The other open one, clearly being styled for possible events, was beautiful and small but swimmable, but mostly what felt like a "watering hole." The Cenote / Pool Combo was great for our 6 and 9 year olds. Both Cenotes very worth the visit, but get your rope swinging and cliff diving in at other cenotes. But this were perfect for a late afternoon cooldown. The rooms were very clean and the property was serene. The staff was helpful. It really seems that the property is designed to be great for those just trying to get a way , but also for larger groups that might want a yoga retreat or similar. Due to the toll road, there can be some backtracking, but it wasn't bad. There was "ok" pizza that delivered, but otherwise, plan to drive 10-20 minutes to a nearby village for meals. Would stay again!!

Wat een GEWELDIGE plek. Een verborgen parel. Super schone, nette kamer. Op het terrein 3 eigen cenotes. TOP! Ligt 20 minuten buiten Valkadolid. Ontbijt (inclusief) was eenvoudig, maar prima. Geen eigerechten, maar die konden we bijbestellen tegen betaling. Na het uitchecken zijn we nog heerlijk blijven hangen, heerlijk lunch gehad en genoten van de rust. Een aanrader!

The rooms were beautiful n had a patio to sit on and the location was remote but great Rooms did not have tea or coffee or even hot water so we requested hot water which they gave us. The people mostly speak local dilect and the hotel was a little tricky to find. There are cenotes on and near the property that made it special If you want quiet and secluded location of peace and quiet, this is the right place. Its an hour plus from chichen itza and 25 mins from Valladolid

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. It is a multi-acre compound with so many wonderful things to see and do, in addition to a spotless, very comfortable room with great dark out curtains and a very nice attached patio. We were amazed by the 3 cenotes on the property, the Mayan ruins (that has been partially rebuilt), the many walking paths that are wide and very well marked. They communicated with me on Whatsapp and sent photos of the entrance off the road so that there could be no misunderstanding. We loved it. So many birds in the morning. We figured on 30 different species on my husband's phone app. Off the beaten path somewhat and just delightful. Book it!!

There room had a smell of mold and humidity. There were some signs of humidity on the walls. The staff very friendly and help us order some food. the location in the middle of nowhere and you could totally relax.

Comfortable, peaceful, with two beautiful cenotes on the property, and friendly staff. A perfect start to our Yucatan experience!

The room was spotless, and the staff was amazing. The site is very quiet and is great to relax in nature. The hiking trail and the two cenotes are wonderful, and so is the pool. We hope to come back.

Un lugar muy bonito, a 20 minutos de valladolid. Lo recomiendo ampliamente si buscas un lugar para relajarte y hacer algo diferente. tiene una cueva gigante, fascinante. Increible para las fotos. tambien tiene un cenote donde si te puedes meter al agua, igual increible. Se hacen ceremonias mayas, bodas, etc. A mi me toco solo el hotel y fue una gran experiencia. solo que NO HAY internet en la habitación y el tema de datos en el cel es muy pobre. Asi que literal esta para relajarse.

Bonito hotel ecoparque recomendable para visitar con la familia, estupendo q tiene CentOS propios muy espectaculares
