綺麗で素敵な宿。テラスも共用スペースもありとても過ごしやすく快適。特に宿泊客は洗濯機が自由に使えることがとてもありがたかった。街でラバンドリアを探すよりここに泊まった方がいいと思う。スタッフの女性が親切で洗濯機の使い方を教えてくれた。 オーナーも親切。

Me encantó quedarme en esta propiedad todo está muy bien cuidado y es muy muy hermoso, el Sr Miguel fue súper amable en todo momento y nos mostró la casa y nos contó un poco de su historia sin duda volvería. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Todo Perfecto, solo había una luz intermitente en el cuarto que molestaba cuando se apagaban todos los focos, parece que viene del detector de humo.

La propiedad de anuncia en Expedia cómo hotel cuando realmente rentan los espacios cómo long term leases y sólo una habitación la rentan para estancias cortas. El problema con eso es que cuando uno alquila dicha habitación uno lo hace pensando que es un hotel con SERVICIO de hotel (pues así se anuncian) y realmente no proveen servicio / atención de hotel. A mí llegada no querían ayudarme con mi equipaje y después de insistir lo hicieron de mala gana, no limpian la habitación de una noche a otra, el internet es malo, la habitación recibe muchos ruido de la calle y la habitación tiene casi nada de privacidad pues esta literalmente pegada al lobby y se escuchan los ruidos del lobby así como la gente en el lobby pueden escuchar todo lo que ocurre dentro de la habitación...

Deben hacer limpieza del cuarto diario La Ropa de cama huele a mugre. Principalmente la sábana más gruesa o cobertor y la almohada

The property doesn't function as a typical Hotel, several rooms are being occupied by long-term tenants (12 month Contracts). The property manager allowed those long-term tenants to smoke cigarette and marijuana in the rooms.

What I like about the property the most is it's historical character and charm. The property owners paid very close attention to detail when designing the interior of the mansion. Excellent service and cleanliness, and very economic too!

Really kind staff and close to many places in the city! Super beautiful place, will definitely stay here again :)

Hospedarme en esta casona porfiriana ha sido una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en CDMX. El lugar tiene un encanto único, con muebles elegantes, detalles muy cuidados y una limpieza impecable. Todo está pensado para que te sientas cómodo y bien recibido. Eso sí, vale la pena mencionar que las habitaciones pequeñas realmente son pequeñas, por lo que en mi próxima visita sin duda reservaré la suite. La relación calidad-precio es excelente: lo que se recibe por el costo supera ampliamente las expectativas. Sin duda, un lugar al que regresaré.

It was a beautiful place, a tad noisy on the ground floor, but we loved the location. Staff was very accomodating, would do it again.

The property and the room itself were very beautiful but it was the noisiest place I've ever stayed in my life. The room we stayed in is located quite awkwardly between the 'reception' area (literally connected to the reception room) and the sidewalk outside. We might as well have been camping on the street for how noisy it was. There was absolutely ZERO sound insulation. As a result, my husband and I got no sleep at all and left exhausted. It's a shame, as with a bit of sound-proofing it could be a lovely place to stay.

In truth, the property is lovely. However, it seems they have regular issues with scheduling. If you are not booking a while in advance, I would say do not book this property. They worked with me, which I am very thankful for, but be mindful of timing when booking or you might have to find alternative accomodations.

Un lugar precioso, las personas que lo atienden son muy amables. Nos mostraron el lugar y fueron muy atentos en todo momento. Además muy cerca del centro y de todos los servicios.

This was a beautifully maintained property with lovely employees who were very helpful. I loved the outdoor area to have my coffee and the ability to use the kitchen to cook meals. While my room was small I really only ever used it to sleep as México city had so much to see! The shower remained hot which was a real plus. The area was great as it was far enough away from the 24 hour noise of this huge bustling city. II will return!

I loved Casa Chopo and will be returning in September . The area is a real CDMX barrio, walkable with plenty of dining options and close to public transportation . I had an amazing experience . Thank you Adolfo .
