Just had a problem with getting actual address. Most places send info day before so all info is known. Our host communicated very well after we got into apartment.

Tried to communicate with the property owner about early check in. We were told the door was open. However, the door was locked. Eventually, the door was answered at the regular check in hours (1600). Person at the door could not speak English. There was some confusion if we were in the correct place.

Noe uklart om hvor vi skulle levere nøkkelen etter oppholdet. Men etter at verten ringte ble det i orden. Greit med parkeringsplass.

Buena comunicacion con el anfitrion, apartamento amplio, pero poco práctico. No habia jabon de manos, no habian bolsas de basura, no habia trapo de limpieza, jabon de platos, tijeras. Los platos estaban en el lavabillas sin recoger y algunas cacerolas sucias. Las sábanas de las camas de matrimonio no eran de matrimonio si no dos individuales, al igual que el edredon. Camas con manchas.

Checked in late and had some issues getting into the property. Was able to WhatsApp property manager and get in. But towels and linens smelled. I’m guessing because they were left in the wash and not dried properly. Other than that everything else was fine.

Washing machine out of order, so we cannot wash. The bed was unacceptable, as no proper mattress and very wear out. No internet. Some lamps were burned, not replaced. The hair dryer was melted (the plastic case) After using the oven the cooking plates didnt work and need to be "reseted"

Although the check-in process was not as expected (we met someone on the corner street after calling being unable to find the location) our appartment was extremely lovely, clean and overall perfect. Felt like we underpaid for what was delivered compared to more expensive options in the city and other stops on our trip.

Kjempe koselige ansatte. Fin leilighet. Godt lydisolerte. Leiligheten vegg i vegg var det fest. Men hørte bare noe til de når jeg var i gangen og de hadde døren sin åpen. Klesskapene stod på halv 8 og dinglet. Jeg var redd for at disse skulle dette over barna når de åpnet dem. Det var også ikke hyller i skapene. Det var også ganske støvete. Altså tykt lag med støv under sengen og oppå skap. Så noe negativt. Men mye bra også.

It was wonderful comforting stay!! Perfect size for single person or couple. I’d stay here again!! Only thing I got trouble with was communicating with reception person (owner of apartment?). Email or phone communication didn’t work well.

L'appartamento é molto bello e spazioso adatto anche ad una famiglia avendo 4 posti letto. La posizione é centrale.

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Oslo. Calme, stationnement ( payant en semaine) à proximité. Propreté moyenne, literie et serviettes ok mais linge à vaiselle souillé. Sécheuse non-fonctionnelle alors que l'appartement incluait laveuse et sécheuse. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Schlechter Zustand. Badezimmer nicht geputzt. Für etwas kochen nicht geeignet, da es nur eine alte Pfanne gibt. Besteck, tassen, Teller sind vorhanden.

We stayed for a week and upon arriving into our apartment, my wife and I got severe allergies/asthma. As we arrived late and had a whole itinerary booked for the next day, we slept there 2 nights, the second of which we slept wearing COVID masks to mitigate allergy symptoms. We were able to switch apartments for the rest of the stay. The apartments themselves are clean, however, we suspected an animal had stayed in the first apartment. The other big drawback is that the apartments are furnished with very old furniture, some of the sofas and chairs covered with blankets to cover up stains or rips in the upholstery. In general, I'd recommend paying a little more to stay in a proper clean and modern hotel.
